I checked in yesterday at welcome hotel muraqabat branch. Staff on day time was good and manager also was good. But there is one receptionist named sager i dont know exactly if that is the spelling. He is very rude, calling us at mid night just to get the id of one of my friend. Very poor service of this staff. He should know his job is to let client happy and satisfied of staying in this hotel. Management should train his staff how to make a good customer service because we are a regular customer. I am checking in here once a week, sometimes twice a week. And this sager guy did this to us twice already. Its not tolerable. Some rooms that i checked in, appliances are not working. To the management kindly check ur equipment before u let the client go in. I always book de luxe studio and kettle, washing machine, microwave etc. is not working. What im talking here is about how this guy sager treated the customers. The management should do something cause this will be my last check in here. U lost customer. A regular customer. Zero star for ur staff sager.

Nice cozy.. Could use a little renovation. Bath tub needs replacing. Very limited cutlery choice. On the other hand wifi was good. Parking was available and easy to access. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's a default backup for Times to come

The price is better than other hotel nearby this location
The kitchen is fully equipped
If you lucky they will upgrade your room too (I was upgraded from studio to one bedroom apartment free)
The location is right in the middle of city, there is so many restaurants nearby and supermarket
It is nearby to the Dubai police office
And also subway station
Value of money

Some spots were not clean well, especially in the bathroom
Some of the light were off
The wall was not soundproofed enough so you can still hear the traffic right below you
So overall I like this hotel apartments not because it is located right in the old Dubai city but also it has a good service and I feel like home while I stay here.

This hotel is located at Bur Dubai. It is very close to metro station. Hotel staff is friendly. Check-in and check out was smooth. Breakfast served here is very good. Rooms are of moderate size with facilities like TV, AC, fridge, geyser, locker etc. They have swimming pool and gym at top floor. Wifi is available at hotel. It was pleasant stay here.

Rooms were tidy and clean. Comfy beds. Excellent and active service. Very good buffet break first. Great location and safe neighbor hood. Apartment had a well equipped kitchenette. Washing and Ironing facilities available. Clean bathrooms and free toiletries.
Good shopping centers nearby as well as excellent food facilities available. Metro station was just around a km away!
