The hotel stuff are amusing, and helpful. But the disappointing part is No Internet especially in the first floor. Despite numerous reminders to resolve the issue, hotel management has not taken any action. ( I had to use an Internet connection to attend on-line meetings using a roaming service for which I had to pay an additional fee . ) In addition, the rooms need to be completely renovated (bathrooms, mattresses, etc.)

Hotel a bit tired, bathroom needed updating. Room was ok but not worth the cost. Doesn't actually have a kids club just entertainers who run activities every so often through the day. Food is ok, nothing special. Best thing by far is the staff. They are excellent and brilliant with kids.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The restaurant has a great variety and has thematic days such as Asian or Mexican days. The staff is very friendly. The animation team is great and full of energetic, enthusiastic young people. A good time to be had for both adults and children alike! The location of the hotel serves as a great outpost to visit other sights with the ferry and bus stop in Santa Eularia on walking distance. The music during the evening shows was a tad quiet and should be a bit louder to get full emersion. The temperature in the hotel's restaurant was sometimes unpleasant, especially when it was hot and humid outside.

My 8 year old granddaughter's holiday was ruined due to the dirty pool water. We had to call a Doctor out who confirmed she had an ear infection in both ears caused by the dirty pool water and she had to spend her last 3 days in the hotel room! The pool was finally cleaned after various complaints from parents as a lot of children had ear infections and had to see a Doctor (costing £150 euros per child). The pool bar staff were amazing, especially Antonio - always had a smile all day long. The drinks and food at pool bar was of excellent quality. Food is Restaurant at Lunch and Dinner was plentiful, hot and lots of choice for everyone. Breakfast was a little repetitive and we ended up not going every day as you could get served good food at the pool bar from 11:30am. The children's Entertainment team worked really hard all day long and all of the children loved it. The age group was 4 -11 however my 3 1/2 year old granddaughter was able to join in some activities if we stayed with her and she absolutely enjoyed every moment. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and cleaned daily, however the air conditioning definitely needs improving, in my opinion. It was a little noisy and not that cold after a while. The air conditioning in Dining Room and Reception was not that good either! Would I go back - Yes I think I would if I could be 100% guaranteed and reassured that the pool would be cleaned daily! It was hard seeing my granddaughter so poorly and having her holiday ruined . She had been looking forward to her Ibiza holiday for 2 years as we originally booked in 2019.

Overall a mixed review. The kids loved the activities and the entertainment staff in the evening were fantastic and really did a great job keeping adults and kids entertained. The food was also lovely and for those like us on bed and breakfast was reasonably priced as were drinks from the bar. The rooms were small but adequate. The downside was the pool. One of my children and a lot of other guests (adults and kids) caught ear infections from what we believe to be dirty pool water, it was all murky. To the hotels credit they did clean it after numerous complaints. Unfortunately the holiday was ruined for my son and for what should be a 4* hotel this is simply unacceptable.
