Hotel residência relativamente novo e funcional, muito adequado para vários dias ou mais. Os quartos são grandes o suficiente e estão equipados com cozinha compacta e micro-ondas. O ônibus para a Clínica Großhadern sai a cada 10 minutos, praticamente em frente à porta da frente. Muito boas lojas e restaurantes. (O grego em frente ao hotel é de primeira classe.). Serviço amigável.

Hotel residencial bastante nuevo y funcional, muy adecuado para varios días o más. Las habitaciones son lo suficientemente grandes y están equipadas con una pequeña cocina y un microondas. El autobús a la Clínica Großhadern sale cada 10 minutos, prácticamente frente a la puerta principal. Muy buenas tiendas y restaurantes. (El griego al otro lado de la calle del hotel es de primera clase). Servicio amigable.

Moderno, chique e totalmente mobiliado, essa seria a versão resumida. Se quiser ler mais: Com utensílios de cozinha, WiFi, tablet que pode pendurar no smartphone via Bluetooth, um pequeno terraço (ou varanda). Tudo brilhante e limpo. E pessoas prestativas, atenciosas e agradavelmente amigáveis na recepção. Tudo por um preço justo. Estou animado.

Moderno, elegante y completamente amueblado, esa sería la versión corta. Si desea leer más: Con instalaciones para cocinar, WiFi, tableta que puede colgar en su teléfono inteligente a través de Bluetooth, una pequeña terraza (o balcón). Todo reluciente. Y gente servicial, atenta y refrescante en la recepción. Todo a un precio justo. Estoy emocionado.

Fique em um quarto individual: Tudo estava lá, o que você esperaria de um quarto individual em um hotel appart. Apenas a internet no quarto 123 era quase inexistente!

Gran apartotel con equipamiento de cocina en las habitaciones, muy tranquilo por la noche, posibilidad de entrar directamente desde el subgarage con ascensor. Great apartment hotel with kitchen equipment in the rooms, very peaceful in the night, entering possible directly from the subgarage with lift. Super friendly and professional staff especially Mr. Surjan at the front desk. I will definitely continue coming here with my girlfriend and would highly recommend it 👍🥇

Um hotel muito bom: o quarto é amplo e limpo, tudo está lá, a recepção é amigável, etc. A única crítica seria o ruído do tráfego, mas é aceitável.

Very nice place to stay if have meetings in the LMU. Short walking distance to restaurants, bus stops, University and supermarket. I have to say it is the cleanest and tydiest place ever I have stayed(and I have stayed in a lot places) , comparable with 5 stars hotel when coming to hygiene. So big thumb up!

Nice little room with almost all amenities.Unfortunately, it was humid in Munich and as most hotels in Germany (and Europe), it does not have air conditioning.Sleeping was somewhat sticky. On the upside, the room was clean with a nice bathroom, and it had a two burner stove, microwave, and decent sized fridge. Overall, nice place and would stay again.

Nice, simple, but well equipped room with a small kitchenette. I personally found the mattress in the bed too soft that reduced my comfort during the nights. The staff was friendly and gave recommendations for breakfast and lunch places even without asking, which in the end I appreciated, because both places we visited based on the advice (a bakery for breakfast and a Greek restaurant on the opposite side of the street) were great. All in all, I'd consider returning to the hotel (especially if I knew that they have less soft mattresses available :) ).

Always welcoming every time I visit. Good price too. Rooms are very clean and of a good size. WiFi is fine. Limited on site food (vending machine and man selling food out of suitcases in the morning (better than it sounds!) ) but a couple of supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance.

We were staying for a short stop over before heading to the airport. Receptionist was vet attentive and knew me by name as I arrived. The room we were given was small but adequate for our needs. The room had a kitchen sink, fridge, 2 electric hob and just enough crockery, pans to make a basic dinner. Nice little balcony for eating dinner on a warm summer's day. Shower was very good. Bed comfortable. Room was clean. Down the road , a short 5 min walk are local supermarkets and food outlets.overall I liked this hotel

We only stayed here one night but it was very nice. Clean,modern and comfortable. Good wifi.Room was overheated, but we were able to open the window. There is even a balcony with table and chair, which would be great in summer time. Good location. No breakfast available as rooms have kitchenettes. It would be nice to have a breakfast option for people like us only staying one night - but there are a few bakeries near by, so no big deal. Overall a nice place and we'll stay there again.
