Quarto pequeno demais. Iluminacao do quarto Pessima. Hall principal muito lotado devido internet gratis e pub/bar do hotel. Chuveiro sem box. 5dias de hospedagem e nao limparam quarto nenhum dia, mesmo eu solicitando na recepcao e pedindo toalhas de banho novas. Nao tem café da manha igual outros hoteis; toda manha penduram na porta do quarto uma sacola com maça, banana e granola. Nao indico a ninguem.

Hotel em uma ótima localização próximo ao metrô, Covent Garden e estações de SoHo. Boa atmosfera. Os quartos são agradáveis, embora não sejam grandes. Recepção amigável e eficiente.

Este é um dos nossos hotéis favoritos em Londres - o bar é incrível - muito ocupado, e definitivamente um "bar de destino", e os quartos, embora alguns possam ser pequenos, são bastante descritos, limpos e muito caseiros - há uma gaveta sob o camas em quartos menores, o que é muito útil! O pequeno-almoço incluído é "fofo" - saco de papel pendurado na porta do quarto com uma banana, iogurte / muesli e um sumo, com uma mini garrafa de leite no frigorífico.

This is one of our favorite hotels in London - the bar is amazing - very busy, and definitely a 'destination bar', and the rooms, whilst some can be small, are fairly described, clean and very homely - there's a drawer under the beds in smaller rooms, which is VERY useful! Breakfast included is 'cute' - paper bag hung on the bedroom door with a banana, yogurt/muesli and a juice, with a mini bottle of milk in the fridge.

The customer service was great and so was the vibe. They have really comfortable sofas for you to sit and do your work as well as plugs for your phone or laptops too.
I ordered Crispy Chicken Skewers. You get 3 skewers which cost £7. For me the skewers were a bit too oily but ofcourse that made them very juicy and mouth watering but the amount of oil dripping from it wasnt for me unfortunately. However, it definitely was up there in taste! So delicious!

Ficamos por três noites em um quarto espaçoso. Tamanho limpo, decente, mas não música maciça, elegante e legal tocando ao entrar na sala. Cama muito confortável e enorme. Um bom bar no térreo, mas repleto de mídias de trabalho, tipos da Apple em laptops sobrecarregando todas as áreas do sofá. Localização fabulosa, e definitivamente voltaremos na próxima vez que visitarmos a grande fumaça. Obrigado.

Had a great stay here, we had the smallest room option call the “snug” I believe but there was plenty of room for a London hotel. The decor was excellent, lighting was good. The coffee and tea were a nice touch inside the cabinet, the coffee was grounded coffee not instant which makes a big difference.The main reception is very modern with it being connected to the restaurant and bar which was very busy when we visited. It was pretty hard to get a seat for a drink and to be honest it might have been a little to busy for me to have a coffee in peace so we went elsewhere while we stayed here.The main reason I didn’t give a 5 star review is because there is redecoration work being carried out on site and the hotels website doesn’t say anything when your booking which I found a bit upsetting. When we went to our room there is workmen and work being carried out down the hall, and scaffolding outside our window. This didn’t ruin our trip at all here but it didn’t feel right that it wasn’t mention at all through out our booking process until after we checked in and discovered it ourselves. A bit of warning would of been a nice touch.

We stayed for three nights in a Roomy room. Clean, decent size but not massive, stylish, cool music playing on entering the room. Very comfy and huge bed. Good bar downstairs but populated with working media Apple types on laptops hogging all the sofa areas.Fabulous location, and we will definitely return next time we visit the big smoke. Thank you.
