Das Zimmer war sehr schön und auch sauber. Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist gut. Nicht mitten im Geschehen aber man ist zu Fuss rasch im Zentrum. Das Zimmer war eher etwas teuer.

Big room and clean, shower works normal, only issue is the heating system not properly heating as what we want. Staffs are nice and friendly. They don't have their own parking lot, so you need to find parking nearby the hotel

Totally disgusted with this hotel, we booked through Expedia and neither Expedia or The Hendrick's Hotel would refund our stay due to COVID. We were at the end of our river cruise and were to stay 2 nights here and when COVID hit we were grounded in Canada. I would sleep on the streets before I would stay here. Who does not have compassion and return our money for 2 nights because of COVID; The Hendrick's Hotel and Expedia. They can both rot in hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Um hotel com espaços muito pequenos, mesmo na sala. A sala de pequenos-almoços é no Hall, não sei se é para as medidas de Covid. A equipe é excepcional, pronta para atender todos os seus desejos. A pontuação ainda é baixa, pois infelizmente também há estrutura fora do relacionamento humano.

Hotel muito bom, quartos amplos, cama confortável. Como um quarto tínhamos o Royal Sky. Aqui você também tem uma boa vista do porto. A limpeza também era perfeita. Adoraríamos voltar aqui.

Nós tínhamos o quarto subterrâneo, mas como você pode ver, é bastante claro! O quarto era limpo e grande, assim como o banheiro. A cama era confortável. Os serviços são muito bons, você também pode emprestar guarda-chuvas! A equipe é muito simpática e atenciosa. Também tomamos café da manhã (15 € por pessoa). Como tínhamos o último horário (10-10: 45), o pessoal não verificou tantas coisas que não estavam disponíveis e tivemos que pedir novamente (como suco, bacon, ovo, cogumelos, presunto, feijão ...). No total, nós realmente apreciamos a nossa estadia e viríamos novamente (e ofc recomendo!) Embora não tenha sido completamente perfeito, mas muito perto disso!

Teníamos la habitación subterránea, pero como puede ver, ¡es bastante luminosa! La habitación estaba limpia y era grande, al igual que el baño. La cama era cómoda. Los servicios son muy buenos, ¡también puedes tomar prestados paraguas! El personal es muy amable y en su mayoría atento. También desayunamos (15 € por persona). Como tuvimos la última franja horaria (10-10: 45), el personal no comprobó que muchas cosas no estuvieran disponibles y tuvimos que reordenar (como jugo, tocino, huevo, champiñones, jamón, frijoles ...) En total, disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia y volveríamos (¡y ofc lo recomendaría!) A pesar de que no era completamente perfecto, ¡pero estaba muy cerca de eso!

We had the souterrain room, but as you can see, it is quite bright! The room was clean and big, so was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The services are very good, you can also borrow umbrellas! The staff is very friendly and mostly attentive.
We also had breakfast (15€ per person). Since we had the last time slot (10-10:45), the staff didnt check so many things were not available and we had to reorder (like juice, bacon, egg, mushrooms, ham, beans...). In total we really enjoyed our stay and would come again (and ofc recommend it!) even though it was not completely perfect but very close to it!

The Hendrick's Hotel is happy place to call home while you're in Amsterdam. Conveniently located. Great, friendly staff. Beautiful furnishings and finishes. Very affordable. Oh, and heated tile floors in the bathrooms!
