Wonderful breakfast. Very kind staff but paper thick walls. I couldn't sleep during the nights of my stay. You can hear every little noise.

Location and price brilliant, our room was a decent size but the bed linen and curtains looked old and tired, you can easily hear the TV in the adjoining rooms. One of the glasses in the room had being broken and they just superglued it back together. There appeared to be dry rot in the room with broken plaster at the end of the walls. The breakfast was poor also, bread barely toasted, hard cheap baked beans, cheap rashers and sausages, terrible tea and the only fruit available were a couple of battered and bruised pairs

Great little hotel with wonderful staff. This hotel is minutes walk from Edgeware road tube station. Bus stops outside the door, to all parts of the city. It's very clean and the food is lovely. Nice (Small) rooms, clean and well presented.
