Nos registramos en 123 sin problemas, mi esposa, descargamos nuestras cosas y nos preparamos para relajarnos, definitivamente olía a humo, pero estaba bien. Fui a levantarme de la cama después de estar sentado durante aproximadamente 1 hora y las chinches comenzaron a salir de debajo de las almohadas. Salté y quité la manta que trajimos. Empacamos nuestras cosas y fuimos a la oficina principal para que el trabajador nocturno dijera que no podía darme un reembolso, pero que nos cambiara a otra habitación. Hablé con el gerente a la mañana siguiente, dijo que podía hablar con quien quisiera, pero que no obtendría un reembolso a pesar de que no nos quedamos allí y salimos a buscar otro hotel a las 12 a.m. BUGS HOME ESTE LUGAR ESTÁ INFESTADO.

Fizemos o check-in no 123 sem problemas, minha esposa e descarregamos nossas coisas e nos preparamos para relaxar definitivamente cheirava a fumaça, mas estava tudo bem. Fui levantar da cama depois de ficar sentado por cerca de 1 hora e os percevejos começaram a sair de debaixo dos travesseiros. Eu pulei e retirei o cobertor que trouxemos. Embalamos nossas coisas e fomos ao escritório da frente para o funcionário noturno dizer que não poderia me dar um reembolso, mas nos mudar para outro quarto. Falei com o gerente na manhã seguinte, ele disse que eu poderia falar com quem eu quisesse, mas eu não receberia um reembolso, mesmo que não tivéssemos ficado lá e saído para encontrar outro hotel às 12h. BUGS HOME ESTE LUGAR ESTÁ INFESTADO.

We checked in to 123 with no issues my wife and unloaded our things and prepared to relax definitively smelled like smoke but it was fine. I went to get up off bed after sitting for about 1 hour and bed bugs started coming from under the pillows I jumped up removed our blanket we brought. Packed up our stuff went to front office for the night worker to say she couldn’t give me a refund but move us to another room. Talked with manager next morning he said I could talk to whoever I wanted to but I wouldn’t get a refund even though we didn’t stay there and checked out to find another hotel at 12am PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE IF YOU DONT WANT TO TAKE BED BUGS HOME THIS PLACE IS INFESTED.

Room was spacious but appeared to be dirty and had a funny smell. Also the tv didn't work in the room I was given. Definitely wouldn't stay again

Toallas sucias y cuando reserva en línea no menciona que hay un depósito cuando llega. Entonces, si te quedas, lleva tus propias toallas, es tranquilo y es mejor que estar en la calle cualquier día. El servicio de limpieza para la estadía semanal es dos veces por semana, por lo que debe tener sus propios artículos de limpieza si es un cliente semanal.

Toalhas sujas e quando você reserva on-line não menciona que há depósito quando você chega. Portanto, se você ficar, leve as próprias toalhas, é tranquilo e supera estar na rua qualquer dia. O serviço de limpeza para estadia semanal é duas vezes por semana, portanto, tenha material de limpeza próprio se o cliente semanal.

Quando cheguei no motel o recepcionista foi muito educado e prestativo no entanto uma vez que chegamos no quarto o refrigerador tinha saído e havia água em todos os lugares. Avisamos a recepção e nada foi feito a respeito. No check-out, a equipe foi rude sobre a geladeira nos acusando de causar o problema. Meu depósito que eu deveria ter recuperado ainda não foi reembolsado.

Dirty towels and when you book online it doesn't mention that there is deposit when you arrive. So if you stay take own towels it's quiet and beats being on street anyday. Housekeeping for weekly stay is twice a week so have own cleaning supplies if weekly customer.

When I arrived at the motel the front desk clerk was very polite and helpful however once we got in the room the refrigerator had gone out and there was water everywhere. We let the front desk know and nothing was done about it. Upon check out the staff was rude about the refrigerator accusing us of causing the problem. My deposit that I should have gotten back has not been refunded as of yet.

The floors were dirty.. they don't mop any of the rooms or change the sheets.. I found paper in my sheets.. the TV barely worked.. good luck if u plan trying to stream something on one of them.. outside smelled of urine.. 3 days of hard mattress hell.. we got what we paid for.. at least there was no bugs and we didn't get shot at the convenience store across the street.. because we almost did..
