Good customer service. Motel style room options are a great convenience. Good location for travelers. Basic affordable hotel. Room cleanliness was average to sub-par in the rooms. Carpets were very dirty but not to the eye. Our children's feet were black from walking on the carpet for a short time.

Close to everything the highway starbuck London drugs ect. The staff were super easy to deal with free continental breakfast and pool will stay again We stayed in the 200 wing and I found it a bit noisy

location, breakfast was decent. run down, musty, unclean during the covid. Old soap bar in the bathtub yuuk. Door Did not lock properly , unsecure room.

Nice appointments to room in good condition like fridge, microwave, Table and chairs. Clean! Quiet.Good Breakfast. Lobby. All above average for this brand. Good closet. Toilet low. No elevator. Need better signage to find hotel - good but could be better. Only one staff a little less friendly, otherwise very helpful. Room could be easier to access.
