Bem-vindos ao Sofitel Mexico City Reforma. Localizado no centro histórico do bairro Reforma, na Cidade do México, curta o estilo francês chic enquanto mergulha na vibrante cultura mexicana. Ele possui 40 andares e 275 quartos, entre eles 56 suítes.

El lugar es muy bonito y moderno, sólo fui a un salón del piso 40. Tiene estacionamiento, el costo es elevado pero va de acuerdo a la zona. La vista inmejorable, se puede apreciar toda la ciudad.

Visitamos la experiencia de Unbirthday, sin embargo esperaba algo más. Puedes estar solamente 2hrs ahí y te sacan. Adicional lo único de la experiencia es la decoración, yo esperaba ver a los personajes (disfraces) que te atendieran o contaran la historia de cada bebida, o algo más. Solo te dan la carta de las bebidas especiales creadas para la experiencia, pero nadie nos explico algo más allá. El costo de cada bebida es de $330 y es para una persona.

Vine al bar que está en el piso 38. Muy bonito, la vista es espectacular, y los cócteles están a buen precio, pero el servicio no fue muy bueno, estuvimos esperando más de media hora por nuestras bebidas. Además, cuando empezó a llover, cerraron todas las ventanas, cosa que en la actual ola de COVID fue la razón por la que terminé yéndome. Volveré a venir cuando pase a la época de lluvias.Sin duda es mejor que el bar que está en el mezzanine donde la carta no tenía precios y no tenían nada para botanear.

A few weeks ago I came to the spa with my friends to celebrate one of their birthdays. Since we arrived Lorena and Andrea Marcial were very welcoming and helpful. The Sofitel Reforma has the Best bars from top to bottom, literally. We spent the day bar hopping from each level and loved it. They have roof top to floor level bars that are down right awesome. Sofitel Mexico City was excellent!!!! The minute we arrived we feel welcomed. The stuff was excellent, very polite and very helpful. We enjoyed talking to them. As we walked to our room Felipe was very friendly and made us feel like home…Also our favorite concierge that was always so smiling and ready to help and always making sure to ask how was our day going… Thank You To the whole Sofitel Mexico City staff for making our get away very pleasant…We hope to see you again soon.

Las habitaciones super espaciosas y limpias. El personal del hotel desde la llegada en el motor lobby hacen que tengas una experiencia increíble, el personal de recepción (Marla y su equipo) súper atentos a todas las necesidades y comodidades. La alberca esta increíble, agua climatizada y techada, ideal para estar en familia o con amigos.El hotel organizó un Treasure Hunt en donde los niños podían jugar a encontrar pistas que los llevarían a una sorpresa final... ¡Estuvo increíble el detalle!

Beautiful hotel centrally located in Reforma area. The staff was super nice and went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Walking distance to the Angel statue and many restaurants. Felt totally safe with the embassy right next door and the guards a few feet away. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms could be a tad bigger.

Fui de Brunch de la comida lo mejor fueron los waffles. Los huevos benedictinos pues la salsa parecía de Lata aunque el salmón estaba muy fresco. Luego el jamón serrano estuvo bien igual que los tacos. Los tragos si son muy muy buenos y la vista genial

From the moment that we arrived at this amazing hotel, it was clear that this place had it all. The amenities are top notch; the location is safe and central. The food and the rooms are amazing. But the staff is really the highlight of the trip. The Sofitel resort has a Guest Relations, Concierge, and Events Management Team, the likes of which, I have not seen before or since. After check-in, find Jose Delgado at the Guest Relations desk and he will set you up with tickets, reservations, recommendations, and anything else that you might need. Seriously, I cannot give Jose and his team enough credit for such an amazing trip.

Buenas noches , ando buscando un hotel cerca de reforma pero eh estado viendo los comentarios de personas que ya han estado aquí en sofitel pero lamentablemente algunos no son muy buenos .. por lo que eh leído!!!! . . Y que algunos les dió covid al hospedarse en este hotel y yo no puedo exponer a mi familia a qué les de covid , deberían sanitizar todo el hotel ..es mi opinión .. para que nos de mas confianza .

The service was the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. It was outstanding. One of the managers, Jose Delgado, went out of his way to help us when we had an issue come up. He was very accommodating. Truly, all of the personnel were great. The food and service at their restaurant, Balta, is very good. The pool is spectacular. I've never reviewed a hotel before and I'm honestly only reviewing this one because of how incredible the experience was.

La atención es de primera, desde la recepción, se encuentra un filtro sanitario, dónde le toman la temperatura y lo invitan a tomar gel desinfectante antes de tomar el elevador. Los alimentos frescos y se lo mejor, el personal muy atento a las necesidades de los visitantes.

Ficamos muito surpresos com a atenção e gentileza da equipe, sempre com um sorriso no rosto. As instalações também eram impressionantes. Cama muito confortável, quarto espaçoso, excelentes vistas e a localização não podia ser melhor. Café-da-manhã no restaurante Balta foi incrível, não o seu buffet regular. Experimente os ovos beneditinos. Sem dúvida vamos voltar.

Me fascinó el lugar, pero sobre todo la vista. Los alimentos y bebidas muy buenos. No permiten que solo sea bebida, se tiene que consumir alimentos. Es muy caro para las porciones que sirven. Todo el personal muy amable desde que llegas al hotel a excepción de la hostess, que tiene pose de dueña, muy mala actitud.

We were greatly surprised by the staff attention and kindness, always with a smile. The facilities were also impressive. Very comfortable bed, spacious room, great views and the location couldn't been better. Breakfast at Balta restaurant was awesome, not your regular buffet. Try the eggs benedictine. Will definitely return.

Had an amazing stay in Sofitel Mexico City. The pool in the 38th floor is something out of this world! All the staff were very helpful and kind. Shout out to Fernanda that helped us printing our covid tests results and bringing them to our room. Overall the whole experience was excellent. Looking forward to return! :)

BEST hotel experience I've had in a long time. Everything from the service to the room made me feel like royalty. The rooms were very spacious and modern, with an amazing view PLUS bluetooth system with ceiling speakers so that added even more to my experience.

Had a fabulous long weekend in Sofitel Mexico City. Best swimming pool of any hotel I’ve stayed at. Staff went out of their way to help us on several occasions, despite a busy weekend with the US VP being at embassy next door. The concierge felt like our only personal service they were that attentive. Everyone was super friendly. I love the tall/narrow design of the building. The luxury room we stayed in was great for us and our 6 yo son - his bed was set up and ready for us when we arrived. Can’t recommend enough.

Excellent stay. Highly recommend. If you are arriving from the airport you can request to get picked up I believe the cost is around $50 USD. You are immediately greeted and have to go through a series of cleaning protocols like getting your temperature taken and cleaning your shoes and hand sanitizing. Front desk is very helpful I would suggest to book the pool and the gym ahead of time because they will be booked when you get there. The hotel is very clean the staff is very attentive. I ordered room service several times the food is delicious. Overall I gave this hotel a 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend staying here if you ever visit Mexico City.
