Connected to the central station just a short escalator ride below. The front staff is adequately staffed and are very helpful. Each room is equipped with a convertor which is great for us travelling from us/canada.

The hotel has a great location being situated above Central Station. Generously sized rooms although slightly dark and dated. The hotel has all the extras that you would expect from a five star hotel, pool, gym, spa, restaurant, bar, executive lounge, friendly and professional staff. Room prices vary widely depending upon the occupancy level of the hotel.

Excellent service, great location above the Central station and an easy walk to Queen St mall. Upgrade to a suite was well worth it with plenty of space in the room. Very comfortable.

What a great property in the heart of Brisbane! With access directly from the Central station, it couldn’t have been easier to get to from the airport. The rooms were nicely appointed (average size), and the amenities were nice. The gym had great views but was a little small in size. The breakfast is wonderful and expansive but expensive. The concierge was really nice and the location and proximity to everything was great.
