We were given a beautiful & comfortable table overlooking the pool areas below & ocean waves breaking in the distance. The service was excellent & we were pleasantly surprised they were happy to change our drinks from tea to coffee & Hot chocolate, uncommon in High Tea packages. One thing, whilst the high tea was nice, we much preferred the previous menu which included a variety of sandwiches & not 1 singular small roll. Thankyou

We participated in a Sunday lunch seafood buffet at the Surfers Paradise Sheraton Mirage just before Christmas and then in January we joined a small group of friends at the seafood buffet lunch at the Marriott in Surface Paradise. Both hotels owned by the same group but the quality of the food and service was a world apart. The food at the Sheraton was basic and pretty ordinary ( we left wondering where our money went) but the food at the Marriott was absolutely spectacular. The service at the Sheraton was less than poor (even rude and inefficient would be more accurate) yet the service, attitude and whole experience at the Marriott was first class….and overall a wonderful experience. One star for the Sheraton.

Enjoyed staying here over Christmas. They have an awesome spot right on the beach. Lots of families, really good if you have kids. They have a swim up bar in the pool so you can order drinks and some food. Staff are very friendly.

nice place, nice ambiance, nice experience.. Nice, great place. Warm employee and a lot of function room that we can use. the food is delicious, the atmosphere and environment are also comfortable, the workers are friendly. the facilities are also quite complete. Definitely like to go here again next time.

I’m surprised at the low ratings for service. With over 150+ nights at Marriott hotels (just this year alone), we were absolutely impressed by the level of service at this location. Staff was friendly and prompt. The gm was present to make sure everything was running smoothly as well. Thank you for the great stay!
