Habitación y baño amplios y camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio. Las paredes no aíslan muy bien y oíamos a los de al lado a última hora de la tarde. No obstante, la noche fue muy tranquila. El desayuno muy bueno. Repetiremos sin duda.

La estancia en general fue muy buena. Las habitaciones grandes y cómodas, el baño amplio y muy cómodo también. La limpieza en las habitaciones buena, aunque las moquetas de los pasillos necesitaban cierto repaso (con bastantes manchas). La situación del hotel un poco alejada del centro como para ir caminando. Pero en general una buena estancia.

La habitación estaba bastante deteriorada.El foco del baño estaba suelto.El enchufe del secador pegado con cinta adhesiva.El suelo con marcas de haber cambiado la distribución...La tercera noche, cuando llegamos nos habían hecho la habitación parcialmente (el baño sí pero la cama la dejaron igual), pero no había nadie para resolverlo, por lo que la persona de recepción de las tardes (por cierto muy amable) nos tuvo que cambiar de habitación, con el consiguiente trastorno.Nos hicieron un descuento en esa noche por las molestias... Lo mejor la recepcionista y el desayuno.

Estivemos numa fila durante mais de 45 minutos apenas para fazer o check in!!! Inadmissível,depois de uma longa viagem. O funcionario foi simpático,mas tanta gente a chegar para check in e apenas uma pessoa a atender resultou neste absurdo!

Está genial para familias. Muy completo y amplia. La habitación que nos dieron tenía una pequeña cocina con nevera. Muy útil y a unos 20 minutos andando del centro de Vitoria.Por el precio pagado que fue muy económico muy buen hotel.

Excelente hotel situado muy bien en la ciudad. A tan solo 10 minutos andando del centro histórico. La habitaciones muy limpias y bien cuidadas, la comodidad de la cama era inmejorable y el servicio de desayuno muy completo y variado. La atención del personal fue maravillosa, todos fueron muy amables y muy cálidos en su trato. Volveré seguro!

Hago la reseña ahora, pero me alojé en este hotel en Noviembre de 2018. El trato de recepción fue excelente y el alojamiento cumplió mis expectativas. Buena habitación y buen descanso. Sin duda, lo recomendaría. La única pega es que está alelado del centro, pero puedes ir andando o en autobús municipal. En recepción, nos dieron un mapa y nos enseñaron cómo llegar al lugar de nuestra cena. Muy amables.

EL persona de recepción muy, muy atento. El tener la maquina de café en el lobby es todo un detalle y los viajeros lo agradecemos. El desayuno es correcto, quizás podrían tener algo mas, pero esta bien. Lo único que las habitaciones tenían pequeños detalles que deben cuidar. Por ejemplo la nuestra, tenia un desconchón en el interruptor de la luz del salón, la entrada de la tarjeta estaba torcida y el lavamanos del baño estaba rajado.

El hotel está bien en cuanto a ubicación, porque se puede aparcar sin problema y llegar al centro andando (2 km) o en autobús, claro a cambio de esto pues las vistas fatal, porque dan a un polígono industrial. En cuanto a las habitaciones, creo que le hace falta un lavado de cara. Ya se ven un poco antiguas y escasas de luz. La señorita de recepción que nos atendió, muy bien, amable y dándonos información sobre lo que visitar. En resumen, para ser un hotel de ciudad, con 3 estrellas valdría.

Booked a Junior Suite for the night and certainly on the booking.com app it does appear to be a great hotel 🏨 I'm convinced on booking my breakfast was included in the price but was charged extra for this on arrival...Areas of the hotel needed some attention the carpets were quite heavily stained, and the elevators needed cleaning.
The room itself was adequately sized. however in regards to the bathroom. The taps in the bath were positioned to the side of the bathtub which was a bit awkward getting in and out as the taps are quite large, and it took me 10 minutes to figure out how to use the shower! The other design oversight was there was a floor to length window which overlooked the street below, visible to the below public directly from the toilet 😳 as per the photographs provided. I used a towel to cover the window naturally!! As I did on exiting the shower/bath.
The kitchen area lacked a kettle and no complimentary tea and coffee facilities. I did get a kettle but had to go down to ask the reception for one.
On going outside I noticed as I went to my car looking up at the hotel a host of naked men hanging out of their windows whistling and trying to gain my attention, I felt a little uncomfortable at this, and wondered if the hotel was operating a gay brothel 😂 as with the metal outer frame that wraps entirely around the entire building it looked just like a scene from the movie Chicago with the inmates looking out only naked!!!!
Overall fairly priced and the breakfast selection was fantastic even if I was charged for it incorrectly.

Good sized rooms, with comfortable beds. slightly tired looking, but clean. Good buffet breakfasts. All the staff from the cleaners to the receptionists were friendly and very helpful.
