Excelente relação preço/qualidade. Funcionários super simpáticos, tudo novo e limpo. Tem acesso direto a pé por túnel, para o terminal 4 do aeroporto.
Ótimo custo x benefício. Estação de metrô e ponto de ônibus a poucos passos. Mc Donald's, padaria e mercado bem próximos. Hotel novo, limpo e bem organizado. Re omendo, mesmo estando a uns 30 min do centri de Londres. Iria novamente sem pensar.
Bom. Tem atendimento para entrada e saída muito rápidos. Limpo e com bom banheiro. Tem um acesso por passarela até o terminal 4 do aeroporto Heathrow, com acesso ao metrô. É uma opção muito boa para hospedagens rápidas ou para descansar de conexões de vôos,como foi meu caso. Possui estacionamento pago.
Muito bom hotel perto do aeroporto. Atendimento super atencioso e muito proativo. Foi uma passagem rápida (uma noite apenas), mas surpreendeu me satisfatoriamente.

I decided to stay in Premier Inn London Heathrow Terminal 4 for a day before heading to London the next day. The hotel is connected to the airport through a long tunnel walkway. Staff are friendly, hotel is clean and comfortable. Value for money.

Very chic and worth the fees. Family friendly too. Excellent service, the staff are simply awesome. Ralph and the Indian lady (can't remember her name) made my children and I feel at home throughout our stay. Will surely visit again.

Great hotel that is really clean and local to terminal 4 at Heathrow.I flew from terminal 5 and there is a free bus to get there so no issues at all. The reception staff mentioned when I checked in that we were one of the few first customers since they reopened after the lockdown as only 30+ rooms were busy out of 600+ so it was fairly quiet. I got a baby cot as requested during booking time and check in check out was very smooth. Overall it was a very nice experience to catch my early morning flight.Just a couple of remarks thought for the management to drive improvement: Staff mentioned they do not do wake up calls I also asked for the timing of the bus for terminal 5 and they said they do not have it and I would have to wait at the bus stop and the bus usually comes every 30min. Best would be to set up automated wake up calls as in most hotels and have a copy of the timing for the buses as most customers go to the airport.

Tem 4 Hotéis dentro do aeroporto e esse é o que tem a melhor tarifa e não deixa a desejar. Quarto espaçoso, limpo e aconchegante, com café, leite e chás. Tem restaurante no Hotel, comida muito boa e atendimento tbm. Tem uma lanchonete para refeições mais rápidas. Café da manha cobrado a parte.

Greeted by Andrew at check in, very friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is about a five minute quick walk through a tunnel from the terminal 4 building. Food at dinner was reasonable for the price although my son went for the burger which looked amazing!! Breakfast was very good with a decent enough choice. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience, and the staff on the whole were very good
New, clean, easy access while it still took me a moment to figure out which level leads to the hotel. It’s on the 2nd level of Terminal 4 after you leave the free trains traveling between terminals. The walk is totally indoor and it takes about ten minutes on foot. You can actually use the airport trolly all the way to the hotel room. Breakfast is warm and good. Kids eat free whereas adults pay 10.5 pounds each for the breakfast buffet.
Ubicación inmejorable para pasar la noche antes o después de un vuelo. Todas las terminales están conectadas con transporte rápido y gratuito. Este hotel es un 10 en comodidad, silencio y descanso. Servicios, restaurante y amabilidad de todo el personal. Relación calidad precio un 10.
Muy buena opción si tenes pocos días en Londres con vuelo saliendo o llegando muy temprano. Esta a 400 mts de la terminal 4 caminado sin salir del aeropuerto. De las otras terminales se puede llegar gratis en subte o autobus. Para ir al centro de Londres hay multiplesde transporte publico que salen del aeropuerto. El hotel tiene buenas camas, es silencioso y buen desayuno. Cuenta con un check in automático super ágil.
Muy próximo a la T4 del aeropuerto de Heathrow con conexión directa a la terminal mediante pasarela (4 minutos caminando). Muy silencioso, no se escucha ningún ruido del exterior a pesar estar al lado del aeropuerto. Limpio, nuevo y moderno. Buen desayuno continental.
Hotel ideal para pasar una noche al lado del aeropuerto. Andando llegas a la terminal 4 en 10 minutos por un túnel y allí transporte gratuito al resto de terminales, pero cuidado con los vuelos que salen muy pronto, porque el transporte empieza a las 5 o 6, depende. El hotel limpio, buena insonorización y tienehervidor de agua en la habitación. Tiene un restaurante, que no es barato, pero se come muy bien
Un hotel muy recomendable, de lo mejor, habitación espaciosa, una cama enorme... Me tocó la vista a las pistas y al patio del radar...!!! Personal amabilísimo en recepción y restaurante... Creo que será siempre mi opción al llegar a Heathrow, independientemente de la terminal...!!!
Satisfied. Connect with Terminal 4 by a cover walkway (6min there are signs everywhere in the airport to indicate the hotel the entrance is in zone G). Staff really welcoming but you can use the self check in machine 24h. Costa and restaurant on the reception floor. Room is very clean, simple and modern design, there are everything you need inside. Is not soundproof as they say and bed a bit hard. Price quality strictly recommend!!
