Os empregados são simpáticos e acolhedores. As instalações são boas e bem conservadas com várias atividades desde bilhares, matrecos, ping-pong etc. A zona de spa é simples mas moderna contando com uma piscina interior de temperatura agradável, um pequeno jacuzzi onde cabem no máximo 4 pessoas ao mesmo tempo (e já apertadas) e ainda uma sauna. O pequeno almoço é fantástico com muita variedade desde as comidas até aos sumos naturais. O jantar conta com uma pequena lista de pratos, contudo, cada um deles é fantástico e muito bem confecionados. Os quartos são simples e elegantes. Sem razão de queixa no que diz respeito à limpeza.

We stayed as a family for a few nights nights between Christmas and New Year, we travelled with our 3 kids. Our plan was to catch a few days ski-ing with family after spending Christmas at Disneyland Paris. Check-in was efficient and they arranged for a travel cot to be put in our room within ten minutes of arrival. The room was small but clean, and notably very warm. The snow was deep and the carpark down a very steep slope so you definitely need winter tyres or snow chains on your vehicle. Thankfully our GLE pulled through for us but many guests were left stuck in the car park. Other than the car park saga, the hotel was lovely, the pool clean and lots to entertain our kids.

My husband (who is a platinum member in Accor) and I booked a privilege room in this VERY POOR hotel for 4 nights in mercure chamonix center.. it was very very very baaadd !!!!!
We just completed 3 nights and checked out we didnt stay our fourth night !
STAFF:
We cane very late night and maureen from the front desk was very kind, super friendly and helpful
But the rest staff were Very bad and gave a poor service we ever experienced in all Accor hotels !!!
The rest staff were NOT helping, NOT professional and definitely NOT friendly.
When my husband asked the Supervisor about his name he said (i dont have name) such a unprofessional and the manager she was a woman wearing glasses also she was not talking in an appropriate way with us .. at last when we wanted to check out after the third night also the girl in front desk she was not professional.

ROOMS:
The privilege room, allegedly the “best” they have has a horrible layout, horrible lighting, very low ceiling.
BALCONY :
As first they gave us the privilege room in ground floor the balcony has no view at all only a bush.
Then when we changed the room to a third floor privilege room the balcony was USELESS as no chairs, no lighting, and construction as a view
BREAKFAST:
Food and layout not suitable for any star hotel !!!
Although we took the room with breakfast we only had takeaway coffee in paper cups.
As seen in the picture the welcoming drink for members we didn’t use too !!
The only reason to come to this hotel is if you want to RUIN YOUR VACATION !!!

The hotel operates illegally with customers. I've overnighted there one night, although I booked 3 nights.
Nothing worked in the hotel, including swimming pool, air con, etc. Summer in Chamonix is hot and I said I would like to have my reservation canceled and a refund, so that I could look for another hotel.
The manager confirmed the cancellation and refund. However, I never saw my money back.
I tried to contact them many times per phone or email, but they take the call, or hang up on you.
I never saw my money back neither.
Be aware that they are immoral and may just take your money. Book elsewhere!
I've been to Chamonix more than 100 times, and can leave here a list of decent and honest accommodations, this one certainly doesn't fit in.

Location location location. This lovely hotel is in a perfect position for anyone travelling between Italy and France as it in facing the main road only about 8km from the Mont Blanc Tunnel. I discovered this hotel by chance several years ago when I saw it from the road and I have been back many times. Unfortunately like most Hotels in France it is managed by people who do not know what they are doing. But the other staff, the bar and the restaurant are all excellent and they have lovely cold draught beer too!! Rooms are lovely and the view looking up to the mountains is stunning. They also have a garage which I pay to use when the weather is severe!

terrible place dingy and tired decor pool is ok but no changing facilities. views for the superior room was of the house next door. no staff for dinner so be prepared to wait two hours to be served. the draught Heineken is okay Best avoid

Let's start with saying that I won't be visiting this same hotel any time in the near future.
First of all, the hotel is located not very close to the centre of Chamonix, however, it takes about 10 minutes ride with train to the main station in Chamonix. But the Taconnaz train station is a bit hard to find and you need to flag the driver, otherwise they won't stop. Train goes once every hour. Taxi is about 25 euros, and if you decide to walk it's about an hour and 15-20 minutes walk.
Back to the hotel, the staff is okay although they speak very limited English, especially those who serve breakfast. They ask for your room number every morning, but do not understand. Breakfast was very limited, mostly cereal, some croissants, cheese and salami. Lunch was also limited to mostly salads and chicken in all its variants.
The hotel has some weird smell to it, it smells old and not renovated for years. Rooms were very dark with weird brown colors and shades, the toilet is separated from the bathroom. The bathroom was the best looking thing in the room. The view was nice, but the air conditioning did not work.
We were woken up by a drill noise at 8 AM on Friday. Totally unacceptable behavior from hotel management. Also the room cards weren't working properly, got mine changed four times in four day stay. The sauna didn't work since it was destroyed in a fire few days earlier.
Overall, wouldn't recommend the hotel except if you have no other choice. Wouldn't be coming back here.

Habitaciones acogedoras y lindas. Muchos servicios como piscina, sauna y bar. No me gustó mucho el petit-déjeuner no habia mucha variedad y los huevos cocidos estaban frios pero bueno, lejos de eso no hay mucha variedad como como otros mercure en francia.

O hotel é muito bom, ele lembra um grande chalé, o atendimento é ótimo, todos atenciosos o cordiais, o quarto é confortável, tem uma boa cama e um bom banheiro. O café da manhã é muito bom, farto e pela distância do valey tem restaurante a noite com menu reduzido, bar de bebidas salão de jogos em geral, e snacks. Quando solicitei um táxi, fui prontamente atendida. O único detalhe é a distância e dificuldade para de chegar no hotel através de transporte público, mas logo na recepção eles já te ensinam o caminho alternativo que já facilita muito, o que precisa ser cimentado para facilitar.

Sin duda alguna si vuelvo a chamonix este serámi hotel, bellas instalaciones, cerca de el centro de chamonix, yo pase unas navidades acá y la cena es majestuosa muy lujosa, aún par de cuadras de la estación del tren.

Muy buena ubicación. Ideal para esquiadores pero, las habitaciones de rat distribución, el water en una habitación aparte, habitación comunicada. Las habitaciones con poca luz. El desayuno muy bueno!
