O hotel situa-se em Alcorcón, na estrada nacional M-506. Oferece condições excelentes para descobrir o sul de Madrid, cidade rapidamente alcançável pela auto-estrada M-50. Os transportes públicos localizam-se a cerca de 200 m.O hotel inaugurado em 2003 contempla um jardim de cerca de 500 m² e 2 andares com um total de 76 quartos, dos quais 2 suites. Oferece aos seus hóspedes um hall de entrada com recepção (serviço sob 24 h). Existe ainda um bar, um restaurante climatizado, acesso à Internet, parque de estacionamento e uma garagem. Serviços de quarto e de lavandaria estarão também à disposição dos hóspedes.Os acolhedores quartos são insonorizados e incluem casa de banho com secador de cabelo. Contemplam ainda telefone com ligação directa, televisão , acesso à Internet, mini-bar/frigorífico, ar condicionado, aquecimento e cofre .Os hóspedes têm a seu dispor um terraço para banhos de sol. Existe uma estância de ski a cerca de 80 km.

No room service was available but the display card in the room was inviting you to try it. No mention was made of there not being a full-service in the hotel on the dates I was there, I had to find that out after my arrival.

The Sercotel La Princesa is a three stars hotel that feels like four stars. The rooms are in great condition, clean and roomy. Room service operates like clockwork and everyday we came back to a tidy and very clean room. Breakfast was great with quality products, especially fruits (the fruit selection was not very varied but what they had was sweet and tasty). Due to the pandemic the restaurant was closed so we ate out everyday which allowed us to eat at small restaurants around the hotel and hunt for local dishes. While there, the hotel seemed a bit empty probably due to the pandemic and we crossed paths with very few other guests which was ok by me anyway. We had the breakfast room all for ourselves almost everyday which was great but we still felt bad for the hotel and its staff. Everyone was very friendly and treated us like family. In fact the hotel has a very family-friendly vibe and we enjoyed the quiet environment. The only thing I would love to see improved is a better offer of activities, things-to-do around Alcorcón and Mósteles. We also missed a swimming pool since it was quite hot at this time of the year but that's just me being picky and demanding :-).

The receptionist were so wonderful. Very informative and receptive. The accommodation facilities were superb. It was nice spending some time there. It's indeed second to none.
