No one answers the phone. I tried to catch you on FB, email, and phone and nobody answer me.
I had a reservation here but because of COVID, I cannot come to the UK. So hotel decided not to answer me instead of trying to solve this problem. That's how I lost a lot of money!

The room was great, the hotel is very close to the Olympia and to the train station. The only problem I had was it said breakfast started from 7:30 which was great as it gave me time to eat before the event I was in London for, but when I went to the breakfast room at about 7:45 there were only a few croissants and empty plates, waiting for the food to be made, it was clear the food was still being made. After waiting for about 20 mins, I left and bought food from a nearby shop.

Absolutely fantastic. Super location for Olympia and Kensington. Great room with high quality fixtures, all we needed to make our stay special. Super breakfast, good selection and plentiful. We left a phone charger in the room when we left, this was speedily posted onto us without any hassle. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Excelente hotel en una excelente ubicación. De fácil acceso desde el aeropuerto, el hotel cuenta con habitaciones cómodas y limpias. El personal es muy amable y servicial con las necesidades de los huéspedes. El desayuno es variado y se puede preparar en una parte del hotel creada a partir de un jardín.

Hotel confortável e silencioso. Bem localizado próximo a algumas atrações como o Museu de História Natural e o Hyde Park. Possui diversas opções de ônibus a poucos passos. Em uma caminhada de 15 min está uma estação de metrô. Embora pequeno o quarto é muito confortável. Possui ar condicionado e cofre. O prédio foi todo reformado e conta com elevador. Típico café da manhã inglês é servido num local muito agradável.

Excelente hotel em uma ótima localização. Facilmente acessível a partir do aeroporto, o hotel dispõe de quartos limpos e confortáveis. A equipe é muito gentil e prestativa para as necessidades dos hóspedes. O café da manhã é variado e pode ser feito em uma parte do hotel criado a partir de um jardim.

Beautiful and clean hotel. The breakfast was good. The room spacious enough with small kitchenette. It will be much better if there can make connected room for bigger family. Overall the hotel was great

It was one of my most pleasurable stays at the hotel! The bed and the pillows was sooo comfy that i even googled where i can buy them :) I slept all night long no changing sleeping position! In the tiny but very cozy room was everything what you can need. Very good breakfast. And the staff was very polite and friendly! Thank You! :)

Small boutique hotel with all the amenities and luxuries of the bigger high end hotel chains. Great experience with professional well-trained staff. Centrally located near the high end Kensington neighborhoods with easy access to trains (2min walk to station) and bus routes. Good breakfast buffet. Recommended.
