My trip was for family time. The hotel was in a great location only 7 min away from my family's place. The hotel staff were friendly and check in and out went smoothly. The rooms were a good enough size for being in the city. Breakfast options could have been a little better. The beds were uncomfortable and the tvs could be upgraded to a smart tv for children to watch cartoons and shows on YouTube. The shower was nice and I liked that they had a high power hair dryer to use. I will be back and would recommend this hotel. Just a few upgrades would be good though. Os funcionários do hotel foram simpáticos e check-in e check-out correu bem. Os quartos eram de um tamanho bom o suficiente para estar na cidade. As opções de café da manhã poderiam ser um pouco melhores. As camas eram desconfortáveis e as tvs podiam ser atualizadas para uma smart tv para as crianças assistirem a desenhos animados e programas no YouTube. O chuveiro era bom e eu gostei que eles tivessem um secador de cabelo de alta potência para usar. Voltarei e recomendaria este hotel. Apenas algumas atualizações seriam boas.

El personal del hotel era amable y el registro y la salida transcurrieron sin problemas. Las habitaciones eran de un tamaño lo suficientemente bueno para estar en la ciudad. If you’re looking for somewhere affordable, that’s outside of Manhattan then this is a solid option.The city is probably around 45 mins travel time away on average.The price of the hotel can’t be beaten. The rooms were lovely, clean, modern and heated / conditioned.The sound proofing isn’t the best. So if you’re unlucky enough to have a noisy neighbour maybe it could be an issue. But we only ever heard people walking which was absolutely fine.The staff were friendly and helpful, we checked in early and our room was already cleaned and ready for us. No early charges. And when we left we could store our baggage for a few hours while we went for breakfast.Wifi was fast and easy to use, overall I had a great stay! The hotel isn’t worth the price I paid. I stayed 3 nights and paid about $200 a night. There is no space to empty your clothes. The hotel seemed clean, but after closer inspection, it really isn’t. I found a cup of water left in the microwave that was never cleaned and the sheets were questionable. There was a dent in the wall.The walls are paper thin. I could hear if someone was whispering in the room beside me. could hear people talking 2 rooms down the hall. Minimum facilities. El hotel no vale el precio que pagué. Transit is the typical way people travel in NYC and like others have mentioned the train station is really accessible here, just few streets away from this location. The service and staff were great, front desk was considerate of my all requests. It's not a luxury hotel but for the location, service, amenities, and bargain prices its easily a 5/5. And you can always ask for a room with a nice view of NY. The hotel is well located.However, the breakfast included is too poor, it would be necessary to add at least fruits and eggs. And the hotel should be more demanding and firm concerning some customers who make noise late at night and smoke. Tivemos uma estadia agradável neste hotel. Quiet and quaint little hotel with short walking distance to the subway, restaurants and bodegas nearby. Free breakfast in the morning but just cereal and bagels. Free parking in the parking lot but very small. No more than about 15 to 20 spaces. Customer service was amazing, will definitely stay here again.

But it gets the job done. -The rooms are on the smaller side, perfect for a couple, but I wouldn't want to share the space with a family of 4/kids. This is a place to lay your head while you are in town. -There are signs requesting people wear face masks, but this isn't enforced, and the staff didn't wear masks either.Pros: - affordable - AMAZING view of NYC skyline (we lucked out on the room we were assigned, if this is important to you, I recommend requesting it) - the bed had a mattress protector and the room seemed relatively clean. - There is a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker in the room. El hotel en si está bien. La habitación es grande y la limpieza está muy bien. El desayuno incluido es horrible, fuimos el primer día y después fuimos a la cafetería de enfrente. La zona durante el día es concurrida ya que hay colegios y tráfico, pero por la noche no hay nadie y da un poco de respeto.
