A estadia no hotel é bastante agradável, pois tem ar condicionado e piscina, e se falarmos da vista, então ótimo!Sinceramente, gostei muito de ficar lá, as pessoas são simpáticas e te atendem bem, o atendimento é muito bom.

Es bastante agradable la estancia en el hotel, pues cuenta con aire acondicionado y alberca, y si hablamos de la vista pues ¡Genial!.Sinceramente me gustó mucho estar hospedado ahí, la gente es amable y atienden bien, el servicio es muy bueno.

Falta de manutenção em todas as piscinas, quartos, ar condicionado, televisão sem programação, péssimo serviço
Serviço terrível, a administradora (Mireya Echeverría) sempre ficava chateada quando se tratava de nos atender. Eles prometem gás, cozinha, televisão, ar condicionado) e uma vez que pagaram pelo quarto, eles nos negaram os serviços Muito despótico, o serviço terrível do administrador não é recomendado
Serviço terrível que eles prometem água quente de cozinha, mas sem gás !!! Vazamentos no banheiro a tv não foi vista, a gerente Mireya Echeverría despótica e rude pagamos pela nossa estadia e quando saímos ela nos cobrou mais uma !! 😂
Serviço péssimo, muito deplorável a atenção do pessoal sempre ruim a geladeira não funciona, tiram o gás, desligam o ar condicionado, fecham as torneiras de água quente, a piscina suja, nos quartos não há uma boa manutenção e o banheiro não é bom. Fazem muito acima, o pessoal te atende mal, eles oferecem internet e não tem, o cabo não é pago, a tv também não funciona, nenhuma recomendação
Pesimo servicio , muy deplorable la atencion del personal siempre de malas el refrijeraror no sirve, te quitan el gas , apagan el aire acondicionado ,cierran las llaves de paso del agua caliente la alberca sucia, en las habitaciones no hay buen mantenimiento y el aseo lo hacen muy por encima ,el personal se dirije a ti de malas ,ofrecen internet y no hay, el cableno esta pagado las tv tampoco sirve ,recomendación nula
Pésimo servicio prometen agua caliente cocineta pero sin gas!!!Fugas en el baño la tv no se veía, la administradora Mireya Echeverría déspota y grosera pagamos nuestra estancia y al irnos nos cobraba una más!!😂

Boa limpeza. O lugar é lindo. Tem uma vista ampla de mar. O serviço do pessoal não é muito tolerante e um pouco hostil.

Muy deprimente las habitaciones, sin internet, no funciona la televisión, los baños están deplorables y la atención del personal es nula. Ni idea sobre atención al cliente. Caro para lo que ofrece.
