Atendimento ao cliente absolutamente terrível. Precisava de um quarto o mais rápido possível e foi instruído a reservar online para economizar dinheiro pelo homem que trabalha na recepção. Depois que fiz a reserva, ele me disse que não poderíamos fazer o check-in por mais algumas horas, o que era exatamente o oposto do que precisávamos. Não deveria ser um problema, certo? Devemos ser capazes de cancelar a reserva e chocá-la com um erro de comunicação, certo? Não. Eles cancelam a reserva e me dizem que trabalharão comigo no reembolso e recusarão todas as tentativas que eu fizer para obter o reembolso. Nunca saí do saguão, nunca recebi a chave do quarto, nem mesmo fiz o check-in oficialmente. Toda a interação durou menos de 10 minutos e perdi todo o custo da reserva por causa de uma falha de comunicação e simples ganância da parte deles. Esse erro foi em grande parte culpa deles, não lhes custou nada, e eles estão mantendo todo o meu dinheiro.Junto com isso, o homem na recepção tirou a máscara para falar comigo sobre isso. No meio de uma pandemia, ele remove a máscara e a deixa pendurada na orelha enquanto discutimos o que aconteceu. O desprezo total pela satisfação e saúde de seus clientes é chocante. Vá para literalmente qualquer outro hotel nesta área, há muitos ao redor que tratam seus clientes com respeito e realmente usam máscaras e levam COVID a sério.

Absolutamente terrible servicio al cliente. Necesitaba una habitación lo antes posible y el hombre que trabajaba en la recepción le dijo que reservara en línea para ahorrar dinero. Después de hacer la reserva, me dijo que no podíamos registrarnos en un par de horas más, que era exactamente lo contrario de lo que necesitábamos. No debería ser un problema, ¿verdad? Deberíamos poder cancelar la reserva y bloquearla hasta un error de comunicación, ¿verdad? No Ellos cancelan la reserva y me dicen que trabajarán conmigo en el reembolso y luego rechazan cada intento que hice para obtener dicho reembolso. Nunca salí del vestíbulo, nunca obtuve la llave de la habitación, ni siquiera me registré oficialmente. Toda la interacción duró menos de 10 minutos y me quedé sin el costo total de la reserva debido a una falta de comunicación y una simple codicia de su lado. Este error fue en gran parte culpa suya, no les costó nada y se están quedando con todo mi dinero.Junto con esto, el hombre de la recepción se quitó la máscara para hablarme sobre esto. Absolutely terrible customer service. Needed a room ASAP and was told to book online to save money by the man working at the front desk. After I booked he told me we couldn't check in for another couple of hours which was exactly the opposite of what we needed. Shouldn't be an issue right? We should just be able to cancel the reservation and chock it up to a miscommunication, right? Nope. They cancel the reservation and tell me they'll work with me on the refund then refuse every single attempt I took at getting said refund. I never left the lobby, never got a room key, never even officially checked in. The entire interaction lasted less than 10 minutes and I'm out my entire reservation cost because of a miscommunication and simple greed on their side. This mistake was largely their fault, cost them nothing, and they're keeping all of my money. Along with this the man at the front desk took his mask OFF to talk to me about this. In the middle of a pandemic he removes his mask and leaves it hanging off of his ear while we discuss what happened. The complete disregard to their customers satisfaction and health is shocking. Go to literally any other hotel in this area, there are many around that treat their customers with respect and actually wear masks and take COVID seriously.

Eu estava hospedado aqui durante a cirurgia do meu filho em Emory. Tivemos problemas inesperados e a minha estadia foi prolongada várias vezes. A equipe foi tão solidária e prestativa, fazendo todas as acomodações que puderam para ajudar com as circunstâncias e para ajudar a tornar minha - e eventualmente nossa - estadia o mais confortável possível. Eles até fizeram tentativas de levantar meu ânimo. Muito grato por eles.

Me estaba quedando aquí durante la cirugía de mi hijo en Emory. Tuvimos problemas inesperados y mi estadía se prolongó varias veces. El personal fue muy comprensivo y servicial al hacer todo lo posible para ayudar con las circunstancias y ayudar a que mi, y eventualmente la nuestra, estadía sea lo más cómoda posible. Incluso hicieron intentos de levantarme el ánimo. Muy agradecido por ellos.

I was staying here during my sons surgery at Emory. We had unexpected issues and my stay was extended several times. The staff was so supportive and accommodating making any accommodations they could to help with the circumstances and to help make my - and eventually our - stay the most comfortable possible. They even made attempts to lift my spirits. So grateful for them.
