What a lovely hotel, the front desk staff were amazing. Very friendly, informative, helpful and professional. The room was really clean and the interior was modern as the hotel itself. My little girl ordered a pizza (taste so good!) and delivered by the lovely front desk staff who did our check-in, she's amazing! I forgotten her name but she's so helpful as it's our first time staying there. She's a real credit there. The Bao I have ordered from their cafe, love it. We would definitely book to this lovely hotel again in the future that we stayed in the area again. Thank you.

It's a fairly new hotel, in a quiet area about 10 minute walk from the nearest underground station (Pimlico). The lobby and bar area are smart, and the bar has decent selection of spirits. We didn't use the restaurant. We had a queen room which was a decent size, although the bathroom was quite small. The only negative was that the walls seem quite thin and we could hear doors banging during the night. Would stay here again.

Very busy. The foyer is usually crawling with people. Nice comfortable rooms but nothing exceptional in terms of decor. Convenient location less than 10 minute walk to the House of Parliament. Close to all major tourist attractions. Somehow one expects a little bit more special for the price...

Would have got 5 stars if been in a quieter room. Air conditioning right outside our window was really loud. Apart from that the staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic. Breakfast one of best ever in any hotel we've stayed in.

The reception was lovely, very modernly decorated. Check in was swift. The staff were helpful and the warm cookie was a great extra. The room sadly was where the modern decor stop. The room was basic and tired looking, pine furniture and the desk chair looked used. The bathroom was tiny but functional. The room just screamed business. There was hardly any "comforts" Hot water runs out at peak times, I had a coldish shower around 8am both days. The gym is small but incredible views! Basic gym equipment but perfect for a work out while away from your normal gym, towels and water station we great. The hotel overall is very nice, it is definitely more suited towards a business clientele than the general public. The note from the house keeping was great and I would consider staying here again if I was down for work
