Stayed here for 5 days. Rooms are very nice and clean, breakfast was good, hotel staff was very professional, kind, and helpful! My kids and I enjoyed our visit. (Pool and huge secured court yard was a plus) keep up the good work! -Matthew-

Se Hospedaram lá por três noites recentemente. Todos os dias nossos cartões de acesso do dia anterior não funcionavam. Um dia fui à recepção e o treinador, que estava treinando o recepcionista, me deu novos cartões que também não funcionavam na porta. Outra viagem para a recepção enquanto a esposa esperava no quarto com suas coisas.Pessoas dormindo em carros no estacionamento era assustador.Hotel para não fumantes, mas os corredores cheiravam a fumaça.Banheira de iogurte w colher nele, e dois fabricantes de waffle não quente o suficiente para cozinhar um waffle devido a esfregar o cabo de extensão Goldberg vindo de outro quarto era fraco café da manhã. O atendente do café da manhã era um cara legal e o café era bom.Quarto era limpo e cama confortável.Parece que todos os trabalhadores e gerentes eram novos no hotel e no ramo hoteleiro.

Stayed there for three nights recently.Each day our access cards from the previous day did not work. One day went to front desk and the trainer, whom was training the front desk clerk, gave me new cards that didn’t work in door, either. Another trip to the front desk while wife waited at room wher stuff.People sleeping in cars in parking lot was scary.Non-smoking hotel yet hallways reeked of smoke.Tub of yogurt w spoon in it, and two waffle makers not hot enough to cook a waffle due to rub Goldberg extension cord coming from other room was weak breakfast fare.Breakfast Attendant was a nice guy and the coffee was good.Room was clean and bed comfy.Seems like all workers and managers were new to hotel and the hotel business.

Minha primeira vez hospedado aqui. Localização muito conveniente para mim, pois fica na rua do meu trabalho. Agradavelmente surpreso. O quarto era muito limpo e confortável. Antigo Pátio. Foi claramente renovado recentemente. Os quartos não incluem micro-ondas. A equipe foi cordial. Definitivamente meu go-to atual quando meus dias de trabalho se estendem e tenho que voltar mais cedo no dia seguinte.

My first time staying here. Very convenient location for me as it just down the the street from my job. Pleasantly surprised. Room was very clean and comfortable. Former Courtyard. It has clearly been recently renovated. Rooms do not include a microwave oven. Staff was cordial. Definitely my current go-to when my work days become extended and have to be back early the next day.

Extremamente bem conservado apenas como um Courtyard Marriott que é o que costumava ser há alguns meses. Eu amei o meu quarto que tinha uma varanda e vista para o pátio/lagoa. O pequeno-almoço gratuito é bom e wifi forte. arrumação foi mediante solicitação que foi realmente perfeito para mim e I got o serviço solicitado. A piscina é muito espaçosa e vários pátios externos para desfrutar. Ainda bem que o centro de fitness é 24 horas. Com certeza ficarei novamente.

A estadia foi de 3 noites e fiz reservas para meu filho e sua esposa ficarem lá de 5 a 8 de agosto de 2022. A TV não funcionou. O quarto não estava limpo. Quando solicitado para ser limpo, não foi limpo. Não há toalhas limpas, a menos que você peça. Uma tomada não funcionou. A cama era muito desconfortável, não tive uma boa noite de sono. Eles tiveram uma experiência terrível. Escrevi uma carta para a Administração na semana passada. Sem resposta da Administração. I guess este hotel não me nem meus amigos e família estadia até melhorar seus serviços e quartos.

Extremely well kept just like a Courtyard Marriott which is what it used to be few months ago. I loved my room which had a balcony and a courtyard/pond view. Free breakfast is good and strong wifi. Housekeeping was upon request which was actually perfect for me and I got the service everytime I requested it. The pool is really spacious and multiple outside patios to enjoy. Good thing that fitness center is 24 hours. I will definitely stay again.

The stay was for 3 nights and I made reservations for my son and his wife to stay there August 5-8, 2022. The TV did not work. The room was not clean. When asked for it to be cleaned, it was not cleaned. No clean towels unless you ask for them. An outlet did not work. The bed was very uncomfortable did not get a good night sleep at all. They had a terrible experience. I wrote a letter to Management last week. No reply from Management. I guess this hotel will not have me nor my friends and family stay there until they improve their services and rooms.

Stayed here a few days while visiting the area on business. First, let me commend the front desk staff. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so helpful. Then when I arrived, they were very attentive. Second, my room was ready, very clean and comfortable. Third, the rate was reasonable. Fourth, great location in relation to O’Hare airport. Hope to stay here the next time I’m in the area.

Very quiet clean and the staff is out going and very friendly they go above & beyond to meet your needs all you have to do is ask. I absolutely love the patio in the rooms so you can sit out side and enjoy the sun and fresh air it's beautiful there. No they supply all your needs except food right now because of the covid19 but they do supply coffee in the rooms plus for breakfast they give you a brown bag with a fruit a muffin a bottle water they are greata°Å¸Ëœâ€ža°Å¸ËœËœ

The location The staff was extremely rude from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The desk staff are horrible with their communication skills as well as the bistro staff. Rude!!
