I stayed in this Hotel for 11 nights for quarantine since here in the UK we cannot choice a hotel where to stay for quarantine , not the same to my country that i can choice a hotel where i stay.Reception is verry friendly , but the food is not good for me, there are times that i sleep with a hungry stomach, and also they knock the door verry loud , i ask them that i need to extend my stay for personal reason but there manager told me is not possible. i will never going to travel anymore since quarantine protocols is still on going, it cost me more expenses.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helped a lot. Before going we were quite scared as we thought the experience would be bad as we are going for quarantine but it was a great experience overall. Staff helped with everything and were really kind to us. There is a park outside that they let you go to for 15 minutes a day so it is child friendly. My son Ali loved the park more than anything. Staff gave any extra items they could and were really cooperative. The food was great and overall a really good experience. We would happily come back if we ever need to and we definitely recommend the hotel to you. Fouzia and Ali

Ok, então este é atualmente o dia 5 de quarentena para meu marido e eu. Alguns pontos positivos: a equipe tem sido simpática e prestativa, os seguranças são todos amigáveis e gostamos de conversar sobre o Reino Unido e nosso país de origem com eles. O quarto é bom, a cama é confortável e há espaço suficiente para nós dois. O chuveiro vaza muito, então só tome cuidado. Os pontos negativos: a comida é tão sem graça que pode ser apenas uma diferença cultural, mas é como se eles não acreditassem em temperos. Sempre compre comida indiana se quiser um pouco de sabor, fique longe da carne e das batatas, é apenas um pequeno pedaço de carne cozida demais e 4 batatas não muito agradáveis. O tamanho das porções não é ruim, você come bastante, o melhor café da manhã são as salsichas. Honestamente não foi uma experiência ruim, ontem à noite eles nos trouxeram a comida errada, mas não gostamos de desperdiçar comida, então a comemos. Os jantares são os mais decepcionantes. Por outro lado você consegue muitos sucos, salgadinhos, frutas e saladas, a salada de legumes não é boa, mas as outras são melhores. Dou-lhes um 3 estrelas principalmente por causa da comida. 🌟

Okay, so this is currently day 5 of quarantine for my husband and I. Some good points: the staff have been nice and accommodating, the security are all friendly and we enjoyed having a chat about the UK and our home country with them. The room is nice, the bed is comfortable and there is enough space for the two of us. The shower does leak a lot so just be careful. The bad points: the food is so bland, it might just be a culture difference, but it’s like they don’t believe in spice. Always get the Indian food if you want some flavour, stay away from the meat and potatoes, it’s just one small piece of over cooked meat and 4 potatoes not very enjoyable. The portion sizes aren’t bad, you get quite a bit of food, the best breakfast is the sausages. Honestly hasn’t been a bad experience, last night they did bring us the wrong food, but we don’t like wasting food so we ate it. The dinners are the most disappointing. On the other hand you get a lot of juices, snacks, fruits and salads, the vegetable salad is not nice but the others are better. I give them a 3 star mainly because of the food. 🌟

Hotel absolutamente chocante. Este NÃO é um hotel 4 estrelas. Se você receber este hotel como seu hotel de quarentena, RECUSAR !! É terrivelmente desatualizado com rachaduras nos quartos. A comida é uma porcaria e as porções são minúsculas. Eles nem encheriam uma criança. Eles deixam você sair por 10 minutos por dia, o que é absolutamente nojento. Eles estão agindo como se fosse uma prisão, o que não é justo. Se você reclamar, eles dirão que está fora de suas mãos e é o governo, mas outros hotéis não estão acontecendo assim. Eles também culpam os funcionários do lixo por serem funcionários de agências governamentais, mas certamente não é difícil ser um ser humano decente e deixar as pessoas saírem de seus quartos para tomar ar fresco e fumar. Uma vez por dia durante 10 minutos é horrível! EVITE EVITE EVITE. Este hotel precisa ser removido da lista de quarentena o mais rápido possível e eu farei uma reclamação formal. Os outros comentários de 1 estrela não estão mentindo !!

Lucrando com o hotel, Copthorne deveria ter vergonha !!Eu tive os momentos mais terríveis aqui e ainda estou chateado uma semana depois!Serviço horrível, quartos sujos e comida nojenta. Eu tive que pedir refeições via Just Eat and Deliveroo várias vezes enquanto eu estava aqui, pois a comida estava fria e não comestível, além de cheia de sal. Eles também NÃO atenderam às minhas necessidades diabéticas, nem à minha dieta muçulmana (eles tentaram me dar carne de porco porque ‘não tinham mais nada’?!?!?! ’)Além de tudo, eu tinha que ligar várias vezes ao dia para ser levado para minha pausa ao ar livre e todas as vezes eu estava esperando horas antes que alguém aparecesse. O mais chocante é que houve um dia em que ninguém apareceu. Me deixando presa neste quarto úmido e sujo por 24 horas, sem ar fresco ou luz solar. Eu me senti como se estivesse na prisão.Funcionários foram completamente inúteis e indiferentes. Todos eles claramente pararam de se preocupar com a reputação deste lugar. Em suma, eu honestamente acredito que este hotel deveria ser fechado para o tratamento dos seus hóspedes de quarentena e se 1 milhão por cento perdesse pelo menos sua avaliação de 4 estrelas, mesmo 1 estrela é muito gentil! Eu entendo que estamos em quarentena Mas os cães e gatos recebem melhor comida e melhor tratamento do que as pessoas que ficam neste hotel. O que o pessoal pensa !! As pessoas que ficam neste hotel são de Allen ?? Confie em mim, posso continuar e continuar ... Espero que quem leu minhas opiniões entenda o que fazer ... por favor, evite .. Você só tem 5 a 15 minutos por 24 horas Para tomar ar fresco ... Eu tive depressão ficando em um quarto o dia todo .. Acho que você consegue mais tempo para respirar e é melhor tratado em uma prisão .. BORIS permite que as pessoas vão para suas casas e quarentena. BBC / Watchdog investigue hotéis em quarentena É meu pedido e tenho certeza que outros concordarão ..

I had the most awful time here and I am still upset a week later!
Horrible service, grubby rooms and disgusting food. I had to order meals via Just Eat and Deliveroo several times whilst I was here as the food was all cold and inedible, plus full of salt. They also did NOT cater for my diabetic needs, nor my Muslim diet (they tried to give me pork as they ‘had nothing else’?!?!?!’)
On top of everything, I had to call several times a day to be taken out for my outdoor break and every time I was waiting hours before anyone turned up. The most shocking thing is there was one day when no one turned up at all. Leaving me stuck in this dank, grubby room for 24 hours, no fresh air or sunlight. I felt like I was in prison.
Staff were completely useless and uncaring. They have all clearly stopped caring about the reputation of this place. All in all, I honestly believe this hotel should be shut down for its treatment of its quarantine guests and should 1 million percent at least lose its 4 Star review, even 1 star is too kind!
I will never ever recommend this hotel or any other Copthorne Hotel in the future!!!

Absolutely shocking hotel. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. If you get assigned this hotel as your quarantine hotel, please REFUSE!!
It is horribly outdated with cracks in the rooms.
The food is rubbish and the portions are tiny. They wouldn’t even fill a toddler.
They let you go out for 10 minutes a day which is absolutely disgusting. They are acting like it’s a prison which isn’t fair at all.
If you complain, they say it’s out of their hands and it’s the government but other hotels are not going on like this.
They also blame the rubbish staff on being government agency staff but surely it’s not hard to be a decent human being and let people out of their rooms for fresh air and to smoke. Once a day for 10 minutes is horrendous!
AVOID AVOID AVOID.
This hotel needs removed from the quarantine list ASAP and I will be making a formal complaint.

Hotel muito agradável e seus quartos. Eu morei aqui como parte da lei de quarentena institucional para o viajante internacional. No início, achei muito caro, mas depois percebi que não é muito caro para o serviço que prestam.Diariamente você recebe um papel onde você precisa marcar os alimentos que deseja para o dia seguinte. O café da manhã é tudo igual e suas salsichas. Para almoço e jantar, você tem variedade. Eles fornecem comida suficiente com uma garrafa de água, frutas e sucos. Em um dia, você pode fazer uma caminhada monitorada por 15 minutos. O tempo é muito relativo nesses 15 minutos.A cama é boa e o banheiro está limpo. Você consegue uma mesa e uma cadeira para o seu propósito de trabalho. A vista para fora da janela é o jardim ou uma área de estacionamento.Recepção e serviço de quarto são educados.Existem algumas áreas em que este hotel precisava de melhorias. 1. Depois de um vazamento no teto de uma sala de chuva no quarto número 435. 2. Um dos aquecedores não está funcionando. 3. A velocidade da Internet é muito 🐌. 4. É necessária mais opção vegetariana.No geral, eu não tive nenhum problema em ficar aqui por 10 dias.

Very pleasant hotel and its rooms. I lived here as a part of the institutional quarantine law for the international traveller. At first, I found it very costly but then I realised it is not that much costly for the service they provide.Daily you get a paper where you need to tick the food items you want for the next day. Breakfast is all same and its sausages. For lunch and dinner, you get variety. They provide enough food with a water bottle, fruits and juices. In a day you are allowed to take a monitored walk for 15 minutes. Time is very relative for these 15 minutes.The bed is good and the bathroom is clean. You do get a table and chair for your work purpose. The view outside the window is either garden or a parking area.Reception and room service are polite.There are some areas in which this hotel required improvements. 1. After a rain room ceiling was leaking in room number 435. 2. One of the heaters is not working. 3. Internet speed is very 🐌. 4. More vegetarian option is required.Overall I had no problem staying here for 10 days.

Cost-cutting to the detriment of the guests is clearly the motto here.My partner had to stay here because of hotel quarantine.The feeling was that the hotel was trying to squeeze out every pound they could by cost-cutting in whichever way possible.He's not a big guy at all, and doesn't eat a lot.And yet every evening without fail he had to order take-away because the meal portions were tiny and extremely stingy.This is what you get when you let a private business earn money without having to worry about competition or customer satisfaction: what corners can we cut and how much money can we make from this?

El sitio bien en la naturaleza cerca de aeropuerto. habitaciones tenia una chiquito y no iba el aire acondicionado y en el baÑo no se podia apagar el seca toallas lo que augmentaba mas la temperatura. desayuno normal

el hotel por fuera parece de cuento, las hab depende... las hay un poco mejores y un poco bastante peores, en cualquiera de ellas no hay manera humana de regular la temperatura y los baños es mejor dejarlos a parte. todo el hotel, está con moqueta lo que significa que si lleváis bastantes maletas no van a rodar correctamente, desayuno bastante simple. tiene un servicio para llevarte al aeropuerto o recogerte, toca siempre esperar.

Hotel en la más pura campiña inglesa. Se utiliza mucho para aparcar el coche y volar por su proximidad al aeropuerto de Gatwick. Habitaciones correctas aunque un poco antiguas.Desayuno aceptable. Lo mejor pasear por el bosque de los alrededores.
