Would highly recommend this hotel. Customer service is spot on. My family originally booked at another hotel that over booked their hotel. The ladies at the Best Western took care of us and it ended up being a better deal than we originally had with the other hotel.

Isso era conveniente para a rodovia e para deixar nosso cachorro sair, mas não muito mais. Quarto era o quarto de hotel mais barulhento em que já ficamos e ficamos em muitos hotéis. This was convenient to the highway and convenient to let our dog out, but not much else. Room was the loudest hotel room we ever stayed in and we stay in a lot of hotels. Sounded like guests upstairs were pounding on floor and kids were running/slamming doors until after midnight. The front desk person tried to help, but it was short lived. We got little sleep.

We always love staying at the Best Western plus Kelly inn, in Billings MT. The staff is always so friendly and willing to accommodate any needs we may have. The rooms are very comfortable and always clean. My kids enjoy the pool as its like a little indoor Waterpark.

Room was great! Best room I've had that allows dogs! Complimentary breakfast was an ACTUAL meal, not boxed cereal, aged fruit and muffins but eggs, hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy, muffins and bagels too. Rooms were spacious and had additional comforts to make it feel more 'homey.'

Nice room, good price. Could use a bit of maintenance, ceiling tile in shower coming down. Wish I'd taken more pics. The room and bathroom really was beautiful.

Bonita habitación, buen precio. Le vendría bien un poco de mantenimiento, los azulejos del techo de la ducha se caen. Ojalá hubiera tomado más fotos. La habitación y el baño eran realmente hermosos.
