For example, there was no notice of the breakfast service being cancelled, even though the booking said breakfast was included. The overall quality of the furnishing, sheets and towels were also poor compared to the price they charged. A vista dos quartos é incrivelmente boa e o ambiente é agradável. Assim, a praia fica a meia hora a pé. O hotel está localizado diretamente entre 2 fábricas de peixe e o porto de pesca e tem um odor incômodo correspondente. A conexão com o transporte público é bastante ruim. Os quartos são grandes e limpos.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view both from the sea view room balcony AND the wine terrace! Check in and out was very quick and convenient even for those not fluent in Korean. Workers were exceptionally polite and helpful. The price was very cheap considering how nice the room was. Room was very clean and the staff did an amazing job at maintaining the cleanliness every time we left for the day.The owner Mr.Jong was so helpful. The first day after showing us to our room he helped us review a map of Busan while giving many suggestions on what to see and do while we were there. Anytime we ran into him in the lobby he would ask if we needed anything and was quick to call us taxis if needed, provide wine, and gave food suggestions. He even walked us down to a local eel BBQ restaurant next to the hotel and introduced us to the owners before we were sat for the meal. We forgot to bring our US to Korea outlet adaptors and Mr.Jong provided us chargers to use for various devices. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a hotel and I will absolutely be back anytime I have the chance to visit Busan! Definitely deserves 5 stars!!!

Sin embargo, algunos de los servicios del hotel estuvieron por debajo de las expectativas. The owner is very friendly and we enjoyed the time spend here. He always greet everyone and had a chat with them. I will strongly recommend people who come to visit Busan and stay here. The location is very clean, hospitality and close to the ocean. Beautiful ocean view and fishing boats!

Stayed here for two nights. Beautiful view and a nice clean room. I loved hearing the ocean and the boats going by. Markets are near by and easily can be accessed by a quick ride on a cab. The owner spoke good English and all the employees are very polite and helpful. Breakfast consisted of eggs, salad, sausage, yogurt and coffee. I would’ve preferred more Korean type of breakfast as it seems other places I’ve been to serve similar types of food for breakfast. Rice, eggs, kimchi and soup?
Otherwise very pleasant stay. If you like fishing people fish off the pier at night.

A+ Lovely place. The hotel was next to the ocean with a nice view. The staffs were awesome. The roof top was gorgeous with a nice view. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Free breakfast. There were restaurants next to the hotel as well. There were lots of events around it too. Didn't want to leave the place. Had a really great experience.
