Nice, local limpo. Fiz um bom trabalho na remoção de gelo e mantive as calçadas e o estacionamento livres de gelo. O equipamento de exercício precisa ser atualizado / fixo. Café-da-manhã foi o que era esperado. O quarto era confortável.

Nós somos originalmente desta área. Normalmente ficamos em Collinsville (20 minutos de distância), pois é uma localização central para os parentes que vemos. A rolha da banheira não funcionava, a cabeceira da cama não estava presa à cama, a trava de segurança estava quebrada, havia pelos de cachorro entre as almofadas do sofá, havia poeira nas arandelas de parede e uma peruca deixada por um visitante anterior atrás da geladeira. Não aceitável. A única razão dada 2 estrelas é devido ao tamanho da sala.

Somos originarios de esta zona. Normalmente nos quedamos en Collinsville (a 20 minutos de distancia) ya que está ubicado en el centro de los familiares que vemos. En este viaje estábamos ayudando a un pariente en Highland a mudarse, así que para ahorrarnos 40 minutos al día en el tiempo de viaje, decidimos quedarnos en Highland. La próxima vez conduciremos los 40 min. La habitación, aunque extra grande, que era agradable, no estaba bien cuidada o limpiada. El tapón de la bañera no funcionaba, la cabecera no estaba unida a la cama, el pestillo de seguridad estaba roto, había pelo de perro entre los cojines del sofá, había polvo en los apliques de la pared y una peluca dejada por un visitante anterior detrás del frigorífico. Inaceptable. La única razón por la que dio 2 estrellas es porque el tamaño de la habitación.

We are originally from this area. Normally we stay in Collinsville (20 min away) as it is centrally located to the relatives we see. This trip we were helping a relative in Highland move so to save us 40 min a day in travel time decided to stay in Highland. Next time we'll drive the 40 min. The room while extra large which was nice was not well maintained or cleaned. The tub stopper did not work, the head board was not attached to the bed, the security latch was broke,there was dog hair between the cushions of the couch, their was dust on the wall sconces, and a wig left by a prior visitor behind the refrigerator. Not acceptable. Only reason gave 2 stars is because the size of the room.

Este hotel parece muito melhor em fotos do que realmente é. Não tenho certeza se Covid está participando disso ou não. Para começar, a sala do cassino está fechada. Em seguida, começamos com a suíte king no quarto 319. Liguei a TV e ela fez um zumbido alto, mais alto que o volume. Eles nos disseram que poderíamos mudar de quarto para a suíte king em 218, e foi o que fizemos. Em seguida, tiramos as almofadas do sofá de aparência não tão bonita para puxar uma cama de couro e havia comida (talvez pipoca caramelo) por toda parte. Puxamos a cama para fora e a estrutura foi quebrada ao meio. Nossas 2 filhas adolescentes não conseguiriam dormir nele. Então nós descemos e eles ofereceram 2 roll a way berços. Nós mesmos tivemos que levá-los para o nosso quarto. E eles não se pareciam com as camas mais higiênicas. Escusado será dizer que não ficaria aqui novamente. Felizmente, só precisávamos de 1 noite neste lugar.

A continuación, comenzamos con la suite King en la habitación 319. Encendimos el televisor y se hizo un zumbido fuerte que era más fuerte que el volumen. Nos dijeron que podíamos cambiar de habitación a la suite king en 218, así que lo hicimos. Luego quitamos los cojines del sofá que no era tan bonito para sacar la piel de una cama y había comida (tal vez palomitas de caramelo) por todas partes. Sacamos la cama y el marco se partió por la mitad. Nuestras 2 hijas adolescentes no podrían dormir en él. Así que bajamos las escaleras y nos ofrecieron 2 cunas plegables. Tuvimos que llevarlos a nuestra habitación nosotros mismos. Y no parecían las camas más sanitarias en absoluto. No hace falta decir que no me quedaría aquí de nuevo. Afortunadamente solo necesitábamos 1 noche en este lugar.

This hotel looks alot nicer in photos than it actually is. I'm not sure if Covid is playing a part in this or not. For starters, the casino room is closed. Next, we started with the king suite in room 319. Turned the TV on and it made a loud buzzing noise that was louder than the volume. They told us we could switch rooms to the king suite in 218, so we did. Then we took the cushions off the not so nice looking couch to pull out the hide a bed and there was food (maybe caramel popcorn) all over it. We pulled the bed out and the frame was broken in half. Our 2 teenage daughters would not be able to sleep on it. So we went downstairs and they offered 2 roll a way cots. We had to roll them to our room ourselves. And they did not look like the most sanitary beds at all. Needless to say, I would not stay here again. Thankfully we only needed 1 night in this place.

Room was clean. Only complaint for me was bed and pillows were extremely soft. Woke up with neck and head ache. Otherwise, everything was really good.

Excellent service! Nice rooms! Pool with indoor and outside entrance! Accessible parking. Requires deposit but can pay it with cash. Slot machine casino on site.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, good breakfast selection. Nice area and plenty of shops around. If I found myself here again needing a room I would use this hotel

Lugar agradable, limpio. Hizo un buen trabajo en la remoción de hielo y en mantener las aceras y el estacionamiento libres de hielo. El equipo de ejercicio necesita ser actualizado / arreglado. El desayuno era lo que se esperaba. La habitación era cómoda.

Nice, clean location. Did a good job on ice removal and keeping the sidewalks and parking lot free of ice. The exercise equipment needs to be updated/fixed. Breakfast was what was expected. Room was comfortable.
