A rede Wyndham deve se orgulhar de incluir esta instalação e sua gestão em seu programa. É super seguro, barato, atende bem a diferentes conjuntos de clientes (viagens de professores asiáticos, visitantes familiares e conjunto de "festas" de fim de semana). The Wyndham chain should be proud to include this facility and it's management within it's program. It is super safe, inexpensive, caters to different customer sets well (Asian prof travels, family visitors and the weekend "party" set). The weekend party set are welcomed but carefully controlled. Front desk team are awesome. The rooms are much nicer than one would expect; great for a day of remote work.

Não vamos ficar aqui novamente. Esta é a segunda vez que tivemos problemas. Vi mofo em nosso banheiro, um dia em que nossa chave parou de funcionar. A recepção cobrou a semana inteira no dia em que chegamos e não ajudaria a reverter as cobranças. O pessoal não era útil.

We will not be staying here again. This is the second time we had issues. Saw mold in our bathroom, one of the days our key stopped working. The front desk charged the whole week on the day we arrived and would not help reverse the charges. The staff was not helpful.

Doug na recepção foi incrível. Acabamos ficando aqui porque o nosso Airbnb lotado para o fim de semana no Lago de Genebra. Doug at the front desk was awesome. We ended up staying here because our Airbnb over booked for the weekend in Lake Geneva. We stayed the first night and loved the hospitality that was performed so we decided to stay an extra night. $1 beer happy hour and $1 wine your can’t beet that too. Keep up the great job.

We kept finding hair. In the bathroom and in the sheets. And beyond that, there were CENTIPEDES it was disgusting. There was dust everywhere, the tv could only be truly turned off if you unplugged it or else it would still emit light. The staff was great but the rooms need more attention :(

La habitación estaba bien, pero reservabamos una por 5 personas y nos dieron una por 4. Nos dijo el recepcionista que sólo tienen habitaciones con dos camas de "reina" o con una cama de "rey". La página web dijo que ofrecen camas plegables pero no tuvieron tampoco. Además, si hubiera una cama plegable no sabría en dónde podríamos ponerla porque no hubo espacio en la habitación por nada. Decidimos salir después de una sola noche aunque queríamos pasar dos días en la ciudad.

The staff are accommodating and they aim to please. Free breakfast with waffle, eggs, sausage and coffee. It was a great price. Will stay here again when we return to Chicago area.

La persona que me atendió fue muy amable, hablaba español y fue muy servicial. Las habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Precio razonable. Desayuno continental gratis. Aunque está muy cerca de la autopista y es un poco ruidoso.
