Localização excelente mas apartamento/prédio com pouquíssimo conforto. Não fazem limpeza periódica durante a hospedagem.

Last week, me and my family stayed in one of these apartments and we had a very pleasant stay. The apartment includes many appliances that we were not expecting such as a laundry washing machine, a toaster, a stove, 2 coffee makers, one for american coffee and one for espressos, a small refrigerator, a hair dryer, etc. The room was spacious and in addition to the king bed, there was an extra futon bed which was almost as big as a queen bed. We usually rent 2 children's cribs for our 2 daughters but with this extra bed there was no need. The best part is how close this place is to Gran Via (1 block away) and about 3 blocks away from Puerta de Sol. Very convenient location.
