Recentemente ficamos aqui. É um hotel bonito e moderno. A localização era excelente. Fica a uma curta caminhada de muitas atividades. Bryant Park fica nas proximidades e adorável para sentar e desfrutar de um café.Alex e Esteban foram incríveis para nós. Os funcionários foram muito gentis e prestativos. Obrigado por cuidar de nós!O café da manhã é muito leve – o site provavelmente deve ajustar o que está anunciando no momento.

Eu diria que os quartos são limpos, mas o secador de cabelo não era. Caso contrário, limpe o quarto bem planejado, bom para solo, mas não é bom para 2 pessoas ou mais por causa do plano do banheiro. Eles ainda têm limitação de covid no local, então o café da manhã não está lá realmente, um pacote "pegue e vá". Wifi não está funcionando devido ao certificado datado. A vista do quarto não é boa, mas a localização é boa

Primeiro o atendimento que é excelente! O quarto é muito confortável, uma cama de muita qualidade. O tamanho do quarto atende muito bem um casal com 2 malas grandes e até mais 2 pequenas. O banheiro é ótimo. Tudo muito limpo!!! O café da manhã continental atende bem. O ponto alto é a localização. Perto dos principais pontos turísticos e ficamos de frente para o Empire State. Da pra fazer muita coisa andando e fica perto de estações de metrô.

I would say rooms are sparkling clean, but the hair dryer was not.
Otherwise, clean well planned room, nice for solo, yet not good for 2 people or more because of bathroom plan.
They still have covid limitation in place, so the breakfast is not there really, a "pick up and go" packet.
Wifi is not working due to dated certificate.
View from room is not nice, yet location is good

We recently stayed here. It is a beautiful and modern hotel. The location was excellent. It is within walking distance to a lot of activities. Bryant Park is nearby and lovely to sit out and enjoy a coffee.
Alex and Esteban were amazing to us. The staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you for taking care of us!
Breakfast is very light — the website should probably adjust what it’s currently advertising.

We stayed in this hotel two nights during our weekend in New York. We paid 200+usd per night.
The hotel has a good location - quite centrally on Manhattan, however, you would still need to take a promenade to reach a metro or bus station. The surroundings are fine - bars, shops, office buildings. The hotel looked very fresh inside - common spaces and elevators were clean and new.
Our room was very small, the space fits pretty much just a bed and a bathroom. The view from our room was to the inner yard, nothing to look at :) the room was clean with a modern design. A disadvantage was that noises came from all over the place: from the corridor (when neighbors opened-closed their door, it sounded like someone does it to our door) and ventilation (we could hear people’s chit chat), also inside the room smth was making noises like the fridge or ventilation. The worst came on the last day when through the ventilation in the bathroom it started smelling cigarette smoke.
We got breakfast in the morning, but buffet was cancelled due to corona, so it was pre-packed and distributed at the reception. The breakfast was so-so: very small and mostly sweet stuff - a tiny pack of yogurt, a muffin, a candy bar, sweet fruits in juice, orange juice. Everything packed in plastic/paper containers, so at the end we had a full garbage bin of litter.
The stuff was polite and nice 👍
Overall this is a nice place, but some small flaws could be improved.

Localização é muito central 5 estrelas. Está localizado em um local agradável, se você gosta de caminhar. A equipe é muito simpática. Pegue e vá tomar café da manhã. Eles podem guardar suas malas se você chegar cedo e, se tiver sorte, pode fazer um check-in antecipado. Muito seguro. Você precisa de um cartão para quase tudo. Entrada de porta aberta depois da meia-noite, indo para o porão. O quarto é pequeno.. que é o mesmo em todos os lugares de Nova York. Mas caramba! A cama (menos) -10 estrelas. Acabei com uma dor nas costas desagradável porque você pode sentir as molas. Graças a Deus eu trouxe meus tylenols porque senão eu poderia ter andado como o corcunda de Notre Dame .... ainda estou duro

Location is very centric 5 stars. Its located at a nice spot if you like to walk. Staff is very friendly. Grab n go breakfast. They can hold your bags if you arrive early anf if you are lucky you can do an early check-in. Very safe. You need a card for almost everything. Open door entrance after midnight, going basement. The room is small.. which is the same everywhere in NYC. But damn! The bed (minus)-10stars. I ended it up with a nasty back pain cause you can feel the springs. Thank god I brought my tylenols cause otherwise I could had walked like the hunchback of notre dame....im still stiff

Este é um hotel sem frescuras que me lembra um albergue agradável - experiência mínima no lobby, comodidades, serviço, etc. É limpo, seguro e em uma ótima localização para turistas.O quarto é pequeno, mas não claustrofóbico. O banheiro tem uma porta deslizante que não é confortável, então é melhor se você estiver muito confortável com seu colega de quarto! Eles dão muitas toalhas, há uma cafeteira Keurig, TV, frigobar, microondas, mesa, cadeira, muitas gavetas, cofre e um guarda-roupa aberto.O lobby pode ou não ter alguém na recepção. Dispensador de gelo e água estão no porão. A comida do café da manhã é um saco marrom com um muffin, barra de granola mastigável, copo de frutas, suco de laranja e, às vezes, iogurte. A área de carga acomoda dois carros e não há estacionamento.Recomendo pela conveniência e preço, mas prefira outros hotéis da região.

This is a no frills hotel that reminds me of a nice hostel -- minimal lobby experience, amenities, service, etc. It's clean, safe, and in a great location for tourists.
The room is small but not claustrophobic. The bathroom has a sliding door that is not snug so it's best if you're very comfortable with your roommate! They give plenty of towels, there's a Keurig coffee maker, TV, small refrigerator, microwave, desk, chair, lots of drawers, safe, and an open wardrobe.
The lobby may or may not have someone at the front desk. Ice and water dispenser are in the basement. The breakfast food is a grab and go brown bag with a muffin, chewy granola bar, fruit cup, orange juice, and sometimes yogurt. The loading area fits two cars and there is no parking.
Recommend it for the convenience and price but prefer other hotels in the area.

Para uma localização acessível no centro da cidade / B'way, Wingate não pode ser batido. Os quartos são muito limpos e bem conservados, os funcionários são super simpáticos. Este é um ótimo hotel para ficar em Nova York. A vista do Empire State Building é linda a partir da suíte no 17º andar. A equipe foi útil para navegar na área. Os horários de check-in e check-out são um pouco inconvenientes, especialmente porque o armazenamento de bagagem não é uma opção, a equipe foi muito útil para me fornecer informações sobre o herói da bagagem, um serviço seguro de armazenamento de bagagem perto do hotel que é relativamente barato.

I am a college student from North Dakota, traveling to NYC on my own was a bit nerve-wracking. Great service, safe area, and clean room! This is a great hotel to stay at in NYC. The view of the empire state building is beautiful from the 17th-floor suite. The staff was helpful in navigating the area. The Check-in and check-out times are a little inconvenient, especially since luggage storage is not an option, staff was very helpful in getting me information about luggage hero, a trusted safe luggage storage service near the hotel that is relatively cheap.

For an affordable, mid-town/B'way location, Wingate can't be beat.Rooms are very clean and well-maintained, staff are super friendly.Rooms are on the smaller side and not fancy, but they have everything you need for a comfortable and safe stay (including small fridge and microwave).

Excelente ubicación. El hotel no cumple lo ofrecido durante la reserva: nosotros reservamos por la opción de pago en efectivo en el hotel pero al llegar nos exigieron pago con tarjeta, además nos indicaron que ya nos habían cobrado el valor de una noche. Además de lo anterior nos solicitaron un depósito de 200 dólaresy esto lo desconociamos pues en ninguna parte estaba está informacion.La atención del señor Alex no es para nada agradable le falta ser amable

El desayuno es bastante variado. La ubicación muy buena. Pero lejos de las instalaciones el personal es de lo mejor. Volveré sin dudarlo.

Nice small Hotel, just 4rooms on 2fl. It was a quick 15min walk 🚶from Penn Station. 1 King bedroom, consist of bed, a small desk w/chair, very small built-in closet, shelf, a single track barn bathroom door which if you stretch your hand from the bed you could touch. A 24in stainless steel refrigerator. A flat screen TV that reflected LG no signal the majority of our stay. Ask for a front facing room as you will have a beautiful view of the Empire State Building, if not your view wil be the adjacent building windows. We both agreed the bed was very comfortable, controlling the heat was great, the bathroom very modern as the whole hotel was recently opened. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Breakfast area is small yet it's a good morning quick bite. Would recommend especially for those who travel light due to the limited space & would stay here again 😉.

Super comfortable stay and convenient location. 10 minute walk from Penn Station. The bed was especially comfortable (on the softer, more pillowy side) and perfect for a solo traveler. Spotlessly clean room and common area, and friendly people. Breakfast was a bit basic and seating area small but was included in the price of the room and good for a quick snack in the morning. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights during our trip to the city. The hotel is centrally located, priced reasonably, and has a continental breakfast. With it being new or newly renovated I’m unsure how long it will stay competitively priced.
The breakfast area was rather small so if you get there towards the end of breakfast there won’t be anywhere to sit.
The room was fine, it was very small though (nowhere to keep luggage). There was nowhere to unpack our things without putting the luggage on the bed, no drawers and only a few hangers. My packing cubes came in handy to keep things tidy. The sink was beside the bed which was a bit strange. Only one side of the bed had a stand as the other side is pushed up against the window.
We did have a view of the Empire State Building, and a small fridge with a coffee machine. There is also a safe in the room as well.

This is a newly renovated hotel! Very great value considering its prime location to several major attractions!
The staff is eager to be of service! Particularly, Estoban, who was one of the nicest service staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed! The nice lady who prepares the breakfast really appreciated her work and did an excellent job especially with her attention to details!
This was a great place to stay and will be my first place to look in the future!
