Rosemont

I had a great time at this hotel with my kids. Location was perfect. Out of the way from the hectic city, but still close enough to the outlet mall we wanted to visit. Very friendly staff. There was some live music with a local singer that we enjoyed listening to when we first got there. I was worried about safety with 2 kids going to Chicago, but this place made us feel safe. Will definitely return. The gym had new equipment and was very clean. I had checked out, but my kids needed some water before we left. I asked to buy some, but the front desk was so kind and gave my kids and I a bottle of water. Above and beyond service. I am very picky with hotels, highly recommend this place.

I had not been to Rosemont in quite some time so the hotel experience there was exceptional. It appears that The Rose is relatively new, but the level of customer service, cleanliness and amenities was far and above probably one of the best hotel experiences that I have ever had. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I example of the quality of your people: in the restaurant the morning of Sunday 7-10-22; am individual [I do not remember her name] was training a server. The display of customer service was nothing less than exceptional! She was engaging and we noted the great tips that she provided the new server on delivering a high-level of customer care. I am sure to return to The Rose and recommend to friends and family. Keep up the great work

We were stranded at the airport due to the weather the hotel offers free shuttle even gave us toothbrushes. we were pleasantly surprised to find that our double bedroom was not only felt large but had a couch, desk and wall mounted tv. Ryan the driver and Emily at the reception desk were extremely pleasant and helpful. Hotel made arrangements for 3am taxi for us ( hotel shuttle starts at 5am) The bar area had a upscale feeling and the lobby was comfortable and very clean.

My stay was amazing. This was my first solo travel and the staff was so friendly. The bar and restaurant was delicious, my room was clean when I arrived, the entire vibe of the hotel was amazing. The shuttle pick up location from the airport was not idea however they do drop you off at your gate. Also there are so many great restaurants near by. However I was further than I thought from the museums. I gave 4/5 stars just due to the hot water in the shower being non existent 😕

I was in town visiting and WAS excited to stay in this hotel. After a long day of traveling, I was excited to finally get to the hotel to lay down and relax. Laying down and relaxing was something that didn’t happen. The room I got was so filthy and dirty. I was shocked. The room looked nothing like the nice photos online. There were stains on the sheets, dust, mold in the shower, the shower heads were DISGUSTING…I was in shock. I complained and got moved to another room….same thing. Long story short, it took four different rooms until I finally settled in. Even then, the room still wasn’t the best, but it was better than the others. I was extremely disappointed. I saw the beautiful photos online and booked here instead of Loews…huge mistake on my part. This hotel does have a shuttle, but it’s not reliable. I see they have two bus shuttle, but they only utilize one. The good thing is that this hotel isn’t too far from the airport. In regards to the food, it was just OKAY. The drinks were better. It wasn’t too bad. I definitely made it a point to eat outside of the hotel though. More food options and the food outside of the hotel is just better overall. It’s Chicago so definitely expected the good food! Final thoughts: I do not recommend this hotel at all. It seems like the only thing they care about keeping clean is the common areas since that’s the first impression. Housekeeping needs to do a better job. The rooms were disgusting. The sheets looked like it had dried blood on it. The furniture in the room were a bit damaged and the walls were dirty and stained. This hotel should not be charging this much for this quality. Stay somewhere else and don’t be deceived by the photos.

Horrible experience. Their guests were smoking marijuana all over the place. There are no upscale amenities in the rooms. There are no ice machines on the floors and when asked the response was arrogant and slight. It costs $25 to park overnight in their lot, which is not disclosed. And they double billed us for the parking. We made 3 phone calls to the front desk asking them to remove the double billing. I still don't know if its removed. Just terrible and will never stay with this hotel again.

I booked a room here for New Years Eve. I drove around an hour looking for a park. I finally found one. The room had no microwave. I had to go to main level to warm food up. However, only one elevator was working so it took forever. The hotel is very artful & beautiful just needs some work on hospitality.

Ultra modern...? But with a mediocre restaurant. Faaaaarrrr away from anything else but happily established in its own campus. Nice rooms. New, fresh, and clean. Friendly staff and easy parking...big wins.

Wonderfully unique and stylish hotel with super staff! I can't remember everyone's names from the times I've been here for conventions, but definitely a big thank you to Destiny and Rafael! I really appreciate it! I almost never leave reviews online for anything, though I had to for this!

I stayed here almost a year ago, and just was wondering if Hilton had any more of these hotels in other cities, as my experience was so enjoyable. The hotel had JUST opened when I stayed there, and it was so modern and lovely. The staff was great. The selection at the bar and restaurant was hip and awesome. I have nothing but good things to say, and I would love for these hotels to be a thing in other cities !!
