Fugir !! Fizemos a refeição de Ano Novo lá, pelo preço (130 € / pessoa), o serviço e a qualidade da refeição oferecida não são iguais, mas realmente não !! Chegamos às 21h, ainda não tínhamos nossas bebidas até as 22h, não podemos oferecer refeições a esse preço se você não puder pagar atrás. Além disso, vimos o chefe ou gerente falando como m **** com um cliente idoso e também com sua esposa, porque reclamaram da qualidade da refeição. Eles têm um "não precisamos de você aqui". Lembre-se, sem clientes, você não é nada! Realmente muito decepcionado e conte comigo para não te recomendar. Fugir !!!

Gostei muito do ambiente do hotel. Muito espaçoso e bonito, adequado para relaxar. Vários espaços estão disponíveis para tomar ar e sol. Oferece menus locais e europeus à la carte. O pessoal é muito acolhedor e atencioso. Os quartos são amplos e possuem mezanino onde as crianças podem dormir se quiserem ir com a família. A área do SPA é muito agradável, nunca me cansei dela. Você terá uma estadia agradável lá de qualquer maneira.

El personal es muy agradable y sabe hablar bastante bien español, las instalaciones están bastante bien, con gimnasio, spa, fuentes a las que llaman piscina que no te cubren más allá de la cadera y restaurante con un sistema raro de menú, está muy bien para un hotel de 4 estrellas en España y por el que no pagarías más de 130€ noche, pero ni es España, ni son 130€, y el que no haya más hoteles de este "nivel" les permite cobrar lo que quieran, os invito a comprobar si merece la pena 😸Más allá de eso, os recomiendo no oler las toallas de la sauna o del gym porque huelen rancias y no comprar nada ni en el bar ni en la tienda de souvenirs si no queréis sentir como os clavan un machete por la espalda para vaciaros las cuentas bancarias, pero allá cada cual con su dinero.

Booked a 3-hour spa session. Unfortunately sauna/hammam was out of order, pool and jacuzzi water was cold. Had to leave after 40min because we were cold. Disappointing experience, not worth the 30 euros paid...

Para o aniversário da minha esposa queria agradá-la e ter uma boa refeição, portanto sem risco 'Hotel restaurante 5 estrelas' chegamos na recepção que achamos muito agradável assim como o atendimento à mesa, quanto à refeição se as entradas estivessem corretas , minha esposa pegou um hambúrguer de passagem para festejar nesse tipo de estabelecimento e bem não mesmo! Simplesmente intragável, uma verdadeira vergonha os pães duros o queijo um verdadeiro linguado uma salada totalmente cozida acho que está no microondas por muito tempo ... Quanto ao meu frango marinado, acho que nunca viram o feijão marinado ali, acho que saiu da lata ... E agradeço mais uma vez ao staff pela gentileza e pela musiquinha de aniversário e pelo bolo oferecido para pedir desculpas pela nossa falta de satisfação. Seria bom para o gerente largar o que dá aos seus clientes, recomendo-o que experimente os hambúrgueres. Para mim, é realmente inaceitável que para um tal estabelecimento não exista um mínimo de qualidade. Cumprimentos.

Espectacular resort con todas las comodidades, en el corazón de la zona turística de Saly. Grandes habitaciones super equipadas, y con un servicio de limpieza excelente. La comida del restaurante es genial, muy buena calidad y raciones grandes, pero la comida para llevar es muy mejorable. También decir que el servicio a mesa del restaurante es muy lento, llegando a esperar una hora entre plato y plato. En resumen, buen sitio, pero mejorable.

I mean, it's the best spa we can get here in senegal i think. Nice jacuzzi place, and sauna. There is mold inside though and one shower in girl's changing area. Real hot water which was so good for me. You need reservation for massages.

A very nice 5* hotel with very friendly staff. Very nice room, large, with both a shower and bath and a great big TV. A deep pool for swimming laps would be good as the pools they have are shallow or not suitable to swimming laps. The gym is pretty basic, but ok. The buffet breakfast is good, though a bit of variation would be good with the cooked food as it's the same day after day. The restaurant is ok, good service but average food. The menu sounds great, but the quality of the dishes and the ability of the chefs are lacking. Spaghetti bolognese swimming in oil and overcooked tomato sauce making it black, not red. Lamb with sliced potatoes, the potatoes were almost raw and both the potatoes and the lamb had too much sauce over them. Apart from those issues, it's a good hotel worth the stay.

Stayed here for 3 days for a meeting. A wonderful, relaxing place. A lot of care has gone into the design and maintenance of the place. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful, and really embody the spirit of Teranga. Rooms are comfortable, the soaking tubs are incredible, and the spa is really lovely. Within walking distance to the artisan market, clubs, restaurants and ice cream spot.

I did not stay at the hotel. I Came here for the spa. Booked a pedicure at the salon. This was one of the best pedicures I had. The young lady Amina was very professional and knew what she was doing. Unlike other salons that offer services with staff that is not properly trained. She did an excellent job. Every little corner of my toes and feet was attended to. She took here time to relax me and the whole treatment was a very pleasant experience. The massage and scrub at the end was truly done with love. I will be back every time I visit Saly. Hope to stay in one of the rooms one day too. Important note is that the tools and equipment used, came out of the sterilizing machine. So hygiene was great too.

The rooms are fairly good and the swimming facilities are okay. However, the food quality is extremely poor. The grilled chicken I was served was dry and the wine was of poor quality. This is not the place if you're looking for good food. However the spa and massage is good so if you're into that, then it will be worth your while. Not a place for young kids as they would get bored after 3 mins. A perfect place for couples though

A fantastic hotel. Two things stand out: the friendliness of the staff and the quality of food at the restaurant. Both are difficult to find and are present in equal measure. Combined with a good spa and good accomodation, you have got a recipe for succes. We will certainly come back!!!

The staff and service is nothing short of exceptional. We asked for directions to the best beach, and one of the staff actually walked us there after his shift (this was his free time he was sharing with us). He was very friendly and even taught me some wolof along the way. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, the food is delicious, and the location is great. Definitely would recommend.
