Esta revisão é da experiência no spa. As reservas foram em uma manhã de sábado. Chegamos cerca de 10 minutos atrasados, com o que eu estava preocupado, mas não houve nenhum problema e recebemos um serviço completo. O Peninsula Hotel apresenta uma entrada grandiosa absolutamente linda! Os elevadores estão localizados no segundo andar, o spa fica no 21º andar. O lobby do spa é confortável e acolhedor. Depois de preencher um formulário simples, o atendente do vestiário nos escoltou até o vestiário. Ela foi extremamente engenhosa nos acompanhou em tudo. O spa cheira a eucalipto e cria imediatamente uma sensação sensual e relaxante. O mobiliário é de carvalho e as paredes são de cores quentes. A sala de relaxamento tem 4 camas que também estão equipadas com fones de ouvido. Uma experiência obrigatória antes ou depois do serviço. Meu rosto ficou incrível. Esta é uma parada obrigatória se você estiver em Nova York. Um dos melhores spa's que já estive também.

This review is of the experience at the spa. Reservations were on a Saturday morning. We arrived about 10 minutes late which I was worried about but there was no issue and recieved full service.
Peninsula Hotel presences a grand entrance absolutely beautiful! Elevators are located on the second floor, spa is on the 21st floor. The spa lobby is comfortable and welcoming. After completing a simple form the locker attendant escorted us to the locker room.
She was extremely resourceful walked us through everything. The spa smells of eucalyptus and immediately creates a sensual relaxing feeling. The furniture is of oak and walls are if warm colors. The relaxing room has 4 beds that are also equipped with head phones. A must experience before or after the service. My facial was amazing. This is a must stop if you in New York. One of the best spa's I've been too.

Luxury hotel, the most friendly staff, and amazing accommodations. You will be pleasantly surprised while staying at this hotel right off 5th ave, just blocks away from Central Park. The rooms have both daily cleaning and turndown service, complete with slippers next to your bed on each side. A fruit basket welcomes you after check in. Interior suites still have an amazing view towards west Manhattan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back.

Tudo foi bom sobre o próprio hotel. Reservamos a sala de entrada. Dada a localização, o quarto certamente não era enorme. Muito bom mesmo. A geladeira do nosso quarto não funcionava e o colchão precisava ser trocado. O lado mais próximo da porta, que provavelmente é o lado mais dormido, estava desgastado e não era confortável. Minha esposa tomou o outro lado e estava em forma um pouco melhor. Além disso, um hotel encantador em uma ótima localização. O serviço de quarto foi excelente e o quarto estava limpo todos os dias.

Everything was good about the hotel itself. We booked the entry room. Given the location, the room was certainly not huge. Very nice though. The refrigerator in our room did not work, and the mattress needed to be replaced. The side closest to the door, which is probably the side most commonly slept, was worn out and not comfortable. My wife took the other side and was in a bit better shape. Aside that a lovely hotel in a great location. Room service was excellent and the room was clean every day.

The positives: 1) The staff are amazingly helpful and so on it at all times. 2) Ordering anything in your room, it arrives at record speed. 3) Check-out is whenever you want it to be. That’s valuable.The not so positives: 1) no USB points in your room, so bring adaptors. 2) No underfloor heating in bathroom 3) Shower is in your bath, with shower curtain. But 1980s.

Horrible! Behavior from michael white.(manager) He doesn’t know how to act in public. Specially when he’s on the clock. He Worries about people standing on the sidewalk.he has no manners to talk to people very nasty. Be aware from this individual.I was harassed by this person. He has no work ethic at all. I’m extremely disappointed with this hotel.He should worry about working and taking care of the guests.

Ficamos por 5 noites pela segunda vez em 22 de fevereiro, após 21 de novembro. A cama é tão confortável e o banheiro é claro e limpo. É um hotel que pretendo voltar novamente. A academia e a piscina ficam no 22º andar, então você pode ver o lado de fora. Escusado será dizer que os funcionários são simpáticos. The spacious room we were allocated was handsome and well appointed. So Comfortable in fact, I wanted to move in and live there permanently. Ok, later.You must please see the photos of the luxurious rooms and amenities to get a better detail of the delightful value received. Enjoying 24 hour service is normal once you step into the hotel. Staff greet you and make you feel at home.Will definitely return to "our" home here and partake of all the goodness it has to offer.

I absolutely loved my experience there. I had the detox and adrenal session. It was very pricey but I honestly didn’t regret spending a penny. I got to use the rest of the spa after my appointment and hit was it truly needed. The detox helped me feel more relaxed after having a stressful day prior. I would recommend as the staff is very kind and welcoming. It is clean. You get a full tour of the spaces and get to choose where u want to enjoy.

To be very honest, I think this was one of the best hotels I have ever been to in my life! The service was truly exceptional and the staff from the bell boys to the concierge were one of the best if not the best! Let’s not forget about the location… simply the best of the best! Beautiful hotel in Midtown Manhattan. The location is perfect, 5th Ave. & 55th. The room was big enough, we got an excellent promotion at booking so it worked perfectly! The staff was really nice, the only negative highlight is that breakfast is not included in full! You have a credit for each room and you need to pay the difference.Hermoso hotel en el medio de Manhattan. La ubicación es perfecta, 5ta Avenida y 55. La habitación lo suficientemente grande, y conseguimos una excelente promoción con Booking así que fue genial! Los empleados super amables, lo único negativo para destacar es que el desayuno no está incluido del todo. Es decir, tenes un crédito por tu habitación y tienes que pagar la diferencia.

El Hotel tiene una inanición excelente en la esquina de quinta avenida con la 55. A los cuadras del Central Park, excelente servicio del personal y instalaciones excelentes como gym, picina, spa. La atención, privacidad es verdaderamente especial y con gran detalle.
