My husband and I selected this hotel for its charming vibe and as a part of our 25th wedding anniversary trip. Last night President Trump banned all travel to Europe. Our entire trip of three weeks cancelled in the blink of an eye. We contacted each hotel for a credit/refund. Happy to take a credit for a future stay. EVERY hotel responded favorably with the exception of this one. Their response was it’s non-refunable Sorry you cannot make it. I can’t make it?! No one from America can make it! I realize the strain this will put on local business in Europe but the right thing to do is save your business for the future. Their response is cutting themselves off at the knees. I would never consider staying here in the future as charming as it may be.

Awesome hotel. Really nice, clean and modern. Each room is a different theme. The staff is amazing. It's a small boutique hotel, so there's no breakfast or gym or anything like that, but who cares. Great location, you can walk to all the sites in Amsterdam.

Limpio, ordenado, las camas son frescas y están impecables. Muy cómodo. Los extras añadidos son perfectos. El personal hace lo imposible para que sea una experiencia agradable. Perfecto en el medio de todo. Un lugar encantador en el que alojarse Caminar por el callejón estaba un poco nervioso, pero entrar al hotel y ver el interior valió la pena. ¡Buen valor para el dinero! Estaría de nuevo en un abrir y cerrar de ojos.

Limpo, arrumado, as camas são nítidas e imaculadas. Tão confortável. Os extras adicionados são perfeitos. A equipe vai acima e além de fazer uma experiência agradável. Perfeito no meio de tudo. Como um lindo lugar para ficar. Andando pela alameda estava um pouco nervoso, mas andando para o hotel e vendo o interior valeu a pena. Bom valor ao dinheiro! Seria stat novamente em uma batida de coração.

Awesome little boutique hotel in perfect central location, comfy bed, pillow and duvet. Slept like a baby!

Clean, tidy, beds are crisp and immaculate. So comfortable. The added extras are perfect. Staff go above and beyond to make it a nice experience. Perfect in the middle of everything. Such a lovely place to stay. Walking down the alley was a bit nervous but walking into the hotel and seeing the inside was worth it. Good value for money! Would stat again in a heart beat.

Very nicely decorated hotel. The room had a special character. Location is just perfect. We walked from the hotel to all our destinations. The staff in the reception were very lovely and helpful. Very recommended.
