An awesome, serene place for a personal and family retreat. Loved the fact that they use Cinnabar green products(non-toxic, well crafted, organic), have sea water in their swimming pool, very spacious, tastefully furnished condos, clean beach, and licuala grandis/ruffled fan palms on the entry way...How refreshing!!!

The place is heavenly. A true definition of luxury awaits you and your loved ones here. Rooms are out of this world, very clean and modern. The ambience is superb.Their beach is to die for.Friendly staff and seasoned chefs. My all time resort. Keep it up👏

Esther Mumbua

I was so excited to visit this resort for my birthday but the service is far less than a 1 star hotel. They do not come through with any promise. I tried to order a birthday cake through the booking team and they had no pictures as a sample and even though I was promised a complimentary cake instead they did not deliver this. Diana the receptionist promised to make this up for me but we were left hanging and no one’s checked up on us the whole night and we had to approach staff for any service. The supervisor Reagan was rude and showed no interest in my concern. I would not recommend this resort to anyone with a special occasion as you will be disappointed. No customer care or compassion just after the money. Poor customer service for such a resort with a high standard

I stayed in Retreat and came to this resort for the beach and for dinner by their shuttle bus. (They have bicycles too) Staffs are well trained and food is so good. The beach is very beautiful and has so many shells. They even have a kids room. Perfect resort!

Wonderful experience at the billionaire resort. The service was great all the way from reception at check in to check out. I found the staff very friendly and professional. They seemed to be very well trained. The rooms are large and tastefully furnished. The balcony area is enough to fit in another room giving the residents a great outdoor sitting experience. Really loved how they have a gazebo for each apartment, that way one doesn't book or wake up early to secure one. The food however was not as impressive. The tuna pizza was the only thing I truly enjoyed. It was overally a great experience. Highly recommended.
