People rude. Called ahead to ask if cat friendly. They agreed so I book my room. I get there let them know I have my cat and they lady tells me they don’t allow cats… I had to cancel my reservation because I couldn’t check in with my cat and they still charged me for the first night and wouldn’t answer my messages or requests for a refund. Very bad place to go!!

Kept very clean. Great hot water and pressure for showers. Very comfortable beds and very nice clean sheets and blankets. Air conditioning is great too. Great place for the prices

Fique aqui muito, eu gosto em comparação com outros lugares por causa da privacidade. lugar e é sempre super amigável e experiente, se você está procurando um grande motel chique onde os funcionários nem sabem seu nome, então este NÃO é o lugar para você, se você está procurando um lugar onde eles o recebam com um sorriso caloroso e "atitude de bem-vindo de volta", toda vez que entramos em Divya sempre diz "oi como você está e nos faz sentir como se estivéssemos em casa" isso pode parecer bobo, mas para nossa situação particular, sentir-se em casa em algum lugar é uma ótima sensação :)

Stay here alot, I like it compared to other places because of the privacy....anytime we have any sort of issue, the girl at the front desk, Divya helps us in anyway she can, she knows the ins and outs of this place and is always super friendly and knowledgeable,if your looking for a big fancy motel where the employees don't even know your name then this is NOT the place for you, if your looking for a place where they welcome you with a warm smile and "welcome back attitude", everytime we walk in Divya always says "hi how are you and makes us feel like we are home" that might seem silly, but for our particular situation feeling at home somewhere is a great feeling :)

Se eu pudesse dar zero estrelas eu daria! O gerente gritou com minha esposa por usar a máquina de waffles, embora nos disseram que poderíamos se limpássemos e quando ela tentou explicar isso a ele, ele falaria sobre ela. Meu quarto estava infestado de formigas e eles estavam mesmo na banheira de hidromassagem e quando algo foi dito a eles, eles nos disseram para parar de reclamar e sair da cara deles. Decidimos sair depois disso e eu queria um reembolso, eles nos deram a volta nos disseram que tínhamos que ligar para um número diferente e, quando chamados, disseram que eu tinha que falar com as pessoas no hotel, eles se recusaram a me dar informações corporativas e então a cereja no topo do bolo foi que eles mentiram e disseram que eu fiquei os 2 dias completos QUANDO NÃO FIZ e se recusou a me dar o dinheiro para aquela noite! Eu nunca vou ficar aqui novamente e eu não recomendaria ninguém para ficar aqui.

2 horas da manhã as pessoas para cima e para baixo no corredor, fazendo barulho, chamaram a recepção sem resposta. Pessoas gritando fazendo barulho. Noite sem dormir para nós 3. Cereais secos e waffles no café da manhã, sem torradas nada ... muito decepcionante. Queria que meu recibo estivesse fora... mas senti que estava interrompendo o celular dele, então não me incomodei em reclamar. Fique em algum outro lugar.

If I could give it zero stars I would! The manager yelled at my wife for using the waffle maker even though we were told we could if we cleaned it up and when she tried to explain that to him he would talk over her.My room was infested with ants and they were even in the hot tub and when something was said to them they told us to stop complaining and get out of their face. We decided to leave after that and I wanted a refund, they gave us the run around told us we have to call different number and when called they said I had to speak to the people at the hotel, they refused to give me corporate information and then the icing on the cake was that they lied and said I stayed the full 2 days WHEN I DIDN’T and refused to give me the money for that night! I will never stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

2 o'clock in the morning people up and down the hallway, making noise, called front desk no answer. People yelling making noise. Sleepless night for all 3 of us. Dry cereal and waffles for breakfast, no toast nothing.... very disappointing. Wanted my receipt on are way out... but I felt I was interrupting his cell phone, so didn't bother complaining. Stay some where else.

Estou aqui há 2 semanas e o serviço é fantástico. A recepcionista e o trabalhador são extremamente amigáveis e ótimos para conversar. O café da manhã é sempre ótimo e pontual. Os quartos são muito limpos e a organização e arrumação são perfeitas. Eu não gostaria de estar em nenhum outro lugar. Microtel é o lugar para estar!

I been here 2 weeks and the service is fantastic. The receptionist's and worker's are extremely friendly and great to just chat with. Breakfast is always great and on time. The room's are very clean and the organization and storage is perfect. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Microtel is the place to be!

Adequate and no better than that.If you would like to have their limited breakfast, be one of the first people up in the morning because they do not replenish the food once it runs out.Very firm mattress that I found extremely uncomfortable.Rooms with one queen bed are extremely smal with no chair or couch.Do not call the corporate number to book a room.I did and they initially quoted a price of $69.After all their service fees, the final price was $111.That feels like a scam to me. Not particularly a conventional location.Nothing special.If you go in with low expectations, you should be satisfied.

Equipe de check-in foi extremamente útil, gentil e cortês. A equipe noturna parecia incomodada com o pedido de toalhas para a banheira de hidromassagem. Reservado 2 quartos ... A parede e o teto em 1 quarto foram atingidos pelo que parecia ser BB, os lençóis tinham buracos de queimadura e manchas. Outro quarto não tinha nenhum sabonete, pelos pubianos no banheiro, nenhum secador de cabelo, o metal no banheiro estava todo enferrujado. Pequeno-almoço era magro devido a COVID, mas era justo. Havia um hóspede que gritava, berrava e esbravejava ... ligou para a recepção ... um funcionário os verificou ... mas a loucura continuou ... estava com medo de sair da sala. Policiais deveriam ter sido chamados ou mais fiscalização da indisciplina por parte da equipe deveria ter ocorrido.

Check-in tarde da noite e o homem da recepção foi muito confortável com as minhas necessidades !! Escova de dentes e lâmina de barbear grátis 😆 Ele trabalhou comigo e me deu uma chance para uma regra que eu quebrei. Não vou entrar em detalhes, mas ele era um homem muito bom. O quarto era muito limpo e foi uma estadia agradável para mim! Definitivamente voltaria novamente e não quebraria as regras desta vez 😬 Obrigado, cara da recepção! ❤

Checked in late at night and the front desk man was very accommodating with my needs !! Free toothbrush and razor 😆 He worked with me and gave me a break for a rule I broke. Won't go into detailsbut he was a very nice man. The room was really clean and it was a nice stay for me ! Would definitely go again and break no rules this time 😬 Thank you front desk man ! ❤

Checkin staff was extremely helpful, kind, courteous. Overnight staff seemed bothered by request for towels for the hot tub. Reserved 2 rooms... Wall and ceiling in 1 room were shot up by what appeared to be BB's, sheets had burn holes and stains. Other room didn't have any soaps, pubic hairs in bathroom, no hairdryer, metal in bathroom was all rusty. Breakfast was slim due to COVID but was fair. There was a guest who was screaming, hollering, and banging around...called front desk...an employee checked on them...but the craziness continued...was scared to leave the room. Cops should have been called or more enforcement of unruliness from staff should have taken place.
