The room was clean however air conditioner didn't work. My partner told staff while I had to run out. So they changed rooms which was good.. however staff told my partner they would inform me. Staff did not tell me and one staff was very rude. I wouldn't stay there again

Não sou um grande fã deste hotel, fiquei lá uma vez. O local não é o maior beco de gasolina muito barulhento e a equipe não foi muito gentil e muito condescendente. Mais tarde descobri que eles divulgaram informações pessoais ao público sobre minha conta e eu não gostei disso. No soy un gran fan de este hotel, me alojé allí una vez. La ubicación no es el callejón de gasolina más ruidoso y el personal no fue el más amable y condescendiente. Más tarde descubrí que revelaron información personal al público sobre mi cuenta y eso no lo aprecié. Además, las habitaciones eran increíblemente pequeñas para lo que pagas, podías tocar casi un extremo de la habitación con el otro con solo levantar los brazos, sin embargo, los baños tenían un hermoso diseño y decoración.

Not a huge fan of this hotel, I stayed there once. The location isn't the greatest very noisy gasoline alley and the staff wasn't the kindest and very condescending I later found out that they released personal information to the public about my account and I didn't appreciate that. Also the rooms were incredibly small for what you pay you could touch almost one end of the room to the other by just raising your arms up however bathrooms were beautiful designed and decorated.

Limpo e novo. Lobby brilhante. Quarto parecia pequeno embora. Máquina de café. Sem geladeira. Não no cofre do quarto. Café da manhã básico quente / frio. Academia. Piscina. Amplo estacionamento (mesmo para motoristas de caminhão com reboques). Localização foi perfeita para nós. E a equipe do hotel é excelente. Compras, restaurantes e combustível nas proximidades. Preço certo.

Limpio y nuevo. Vestíbulo luminoso. Aunque la habitación se sentía pequeña. Maquina de cafe. No hay nevera. No en la caja fuerte. Desayuno básico frío / caliente. Gimnasio. Piscina. Amplio estacionamiento (incluso para camioneros con remolques). La ubicación fue perfecta para nosotros. Y el personal del hotel es excelente. Comestibles, restaurantes y combustible cerca. Precio correcto.

Clean and newish. Bright lobby. Room felt small though. Coffee machine. No fridge. No in room safe. Hot/cold basic breakfast. Gym. Pool. Ample parking (even for truck drivers with trailers). Location was perfect for us. And hotel staff is excellent. Groceries, restaurants and fuel nearby. Priced right.

Hotel allows pets but be sure not to bring it into any room but your own! We were staying here for a hockey/ball tournament and brought our small dog. Before leaving one morning I briefly went into a teammates room with my dog. My teammate was then charged the extra pet fee as well because house keeping seen us go in to the room. Tried explaining this to the hotel with zero understanding in return.

I didn’t stay, however I had to arrange a reservation for a family member. As I had to arrange it all over the phone, it wasn’t simple. I called and spoke with Rhonda, she was extremely helpful and patient. She worked with me to ensure that the reservation was completed and that our family member would have an easy check-in. Thank you Rhonda, your help was much appreciated.
