This is a great facility. Plus the Lianna the Front Desk person will help you through any issue with a reservation. I had to cancel a reservation for a room 4 months from the date. I had an issue with Expedia and Lianna stuck with me until it was all cancelled and resolved. Even called me back to work through with more information that I needed to complete the cancellation. I have stayed here before and found the hotel to be clean and especially quiet. Looking forward to my next stay at Microtel Inn Estevan.

My daughter ws so excited to share her good news of winning the silver medal in figure skating competition to the nice front desk lady in the morning. Kids had a lot of fun in the pool. The only hotel in Estevan that has a working pool. We were supposed to stay in another hotel but their pool was not working and was never mentioned when we made the reservation. Good thing we decided to transfer last minute and was able to get a room in Microtel. Hotel was full. We ordered some food from the hotel restaurant and it was all good. It was a fun and great stay. .

Front desk is amazing. Really enjoyed our stay. We are here for the skating tournament and really enjoyed everything about the hotel. Lounge bar is an added bonus on a cold wintry night. Pool and slide was fun. A great hotel when you are in Estevan.

We stayed at the Microtel Estevan this past week for a hockey tournament. We've never been more disappointed, as a family or as a team. The staff was incredibly rude, and condescending, to both the adults and our children. We were given one towel and one room key for our family. When we kindly requested more, we were told no. Our children were disciplined for playing mini sticks in the hallway, before quiet time and under the supervision of parents. This was so disappointing. Other hotels in Estevan were accommodating and encouraging of all team bonding activities. Our team will never stay at a Microtel again because of this experience. This is not a team or family friendly hotel, overall it was just really disappointing.

We were here with our hockey team for the weekend. Between us and the other families there were so many issues. First off our room was supposed to be for a family of 4. The pullout bed (which was hard and lumpy) was so small only one child could sleep on it. The other child had to sleep on the small window seat and ended up rolling out of it in the night. Secondly the hotel was so un prepared for the amount of reservations they had. We had one full sized towel in our room and could only get one hotel key and if you lost it you were out of luck. We also tried to get extra sheets and blankets as we had to make a make shift bed and they did not have any extra sheets. The blanket they gave was so scratchy and hard my child wouldn’t even sleep with it. We also had a major problem with the front desk staff being rude to the adults and children. They talked in a condescending way to everyone and then full out yelled at them. The adults and kids were just trying to make the best of the weekend to enjoy some team bonding time together but everything they did they got yelled at for. The pool and waterslide was fun for the kids but small. The breakfast was good and a nice feature. I still would not recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay with a team of any sort.
