Os quartos eram bons, e os trabalhadores foram muito confortáveis. Mas quando os convidados do andar de cima não paravam de bater a noite toda e acabavam inundando tanto o banheiro que eu acordei à 1 da manhã com água saindo da luz do teto no meu banheiro, isso definitivamente afetou a experiência geral.

Rooms were nice, and the workers were very accommodating. But when the guests upstairs wouldn't stop pounding all night and ended up flooding their bathroom so bad I was woken up at 1am to water pouring out of the ceiling light into my bathroom, it definitely affected the overall experience.

Not being much of a review writer I have to for this hotel. Everything was amazing. From the customer service at 2am when we arrived, the comfort and cleanliness of the room, and the location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling I40 through Gallup.

Extremely friendly, helpful staff. Very convenient. Well designed and clean rooms. Well stocked breakfast bar and yummy cinnamon rolls. Excellent stay for the price. Would definitely stay here again when our trip route takes us this way.

A clean, friendly, accommodating place to sleep. Bathroom walls had a few scuffs, but was clean and had fresh towels. Nice bed and good pillows. Staff was warm and welcoming. Eager to please. Responsive to requests. Great for an overnight stay!

Ótimo hotel aconchegante, tranquilo e limpo. O café da manhã era o que eu precisava, café quente, itens para pegar e levar. Ficamos mais de um mês. Sempre que precisávamos do nosso quarto limpo, camas feitas ou toalhas limpas. Eles nos foram oferecidos imediatamente. Dee foi tão útil, se precisávamos de alguma coisa. Máquinas de venda automática baratas, se você precisasse de um refrigerante no meio da noite e as lojas estivessem fechadas. Câmeras de segurança em todos os lugares ..! Eu me senti tão seguro que nossos veículos não vamos ser vandalizados. Eu recomendaria a ninguém e ficar aqui novamente.

Great cozy, quiet and clean hotel. The breakfast was what I needed, hot coffee, grab and go items. We stayed over a month. Any time we needed our room clean, beds made or clean towels. They were offered to us right away. Dee was so helpful, if we needed anything. Vending machines cheap, if you needed a soda in the middle of the night and stores were closed. Security cameras everywhere..! I felt so safe that our vehicles we're not going to get vandalized.. housekeeping and staff always greeted us in passing. I would recommend to anyone and stay here again.

Excellent friendly service, bedding was comfortable, showers held hot water. They provide different amenities in the bedroom if desired. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're passing through and need to crash or hitting the spots on historic route 66!

Lovely friendly team! The room was clean, comfortable, and well set up. There’s good simple breakfast setup in the morning, including a waffle iron. Room had a bath - always good to have as well as shower. Thanks for a cosy stay.

Very nice front desk.CLEAN rooms and nice bathroom. Everything in room looked brand new. Great lighting and big room. Comfortable bedding. Highly recommend if you are traveling RT 66.

The young man who checked us in was super friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfy and the coffee was perfect! Lady in the morning was also nice and was quick to refill coffee and milk for the breakfast bar. Great customer service here.

No está mal en apariencia y parece bastante limpio. La señal de la tele a penas te deja ver mas de 10 segundos seguidos la tele. A pesar de haber reservado cama de matrimonio nos pusieron dos individuales, pero están bastante bien de tamaño para dormir 2 personas.

Comprendo que contraten a Nativos Navajos para trabajar, lo que no entiendo es porque no les dan un curso o los capacitan en atención al cliente, sobretodo la persona que se encuentra en recepción por las tardes, es increíble el trato que da a los huéspedes , sin ningún gesto de amabilidad. Este hotel pareciera una estancia para jubilados o un asilo de ancianos, ya que la señorita encargada del hotel por las tardes se molesta si los niños corren o gritan dentro del hotel. NO recomiendoeste hotelI understand that hire Native Navajos to work, so do not understand is why not give them a course or trained in customer service, especially the person who is in front desk in the afternoon, it is amazing the way it treats its guests, without any gesture of kindness. This hotel seems to be stay retired or a nursing home, the Miss responsible hotel in the evening she angry if kids running or shouting inside the hotel. Nothing recommend this hotel apologize for my English
