Muito bom. Hotel bem estilo americano, grande, sem muito controle de quem entra e sai. Starbucks e restaurante no lobby. Atendimento muito bom no frontdesk.

Hotel service and front desk was horrible.After staying at Hyatt hotels my entire adult life. I booked this hotel through Expedia over 1 month prior to my stay date. This hotel just went under bankruptcy proceedings 2 weeks ago and anyone who booked through a 3rd party had there reservations canceled without notification. When I arrived at the hotel with my 2 daughters after flying all day they tell me that my reservation was canceled and they are now overbooked and I need to find another hotel. The manager was extremely unprofessional and blamed Expedia for not contacting me. They had cancelled my reservation 4 days prior to my arrival without any notification.

If I could rate this at a zero star… I would.The staff downgraded my room on arrival and proceeded to later give a complete stranger my room keys.Who later opened my door and attempted to intrude on my family and I in our room around 2AM.After calming myself down from the ptsd triggering episode, I went to the front desk where I was informed that this was all a terrible incompetent error. The next morning I returned to the front desk and was given a patronizing speech from a front end manager about how they’d make it right.Still have yet to see any of those lies come through… So I’ll leave this accurate skid mark of a review up the same amount of time it takes to do what you’d actually say.Until then guests who decide to read reviews can know how you treat your guests and care for them.Oh and btw they don’t have a parking lot… it’s street parking or a chain lot.

Boa localização, mas o hotel está em uma forma mais áspera. Os corredores e quartos são sujos, não são bem iluminados e têm arranhões por todo o lugar. Eu sou uma enfermeira itinerante e viajo para todos os lugares, por favor, me escute quando digo que este hotel é o pior que eu já vi. Tudo está tão desatualizado, vamos começar do meu quarto. Meu quarto cheira a mofo / azedo / água parada. Meus lençóis estão sujos, o cobertor que eles colocaram na cama está imundo. Quando entrei no quarto, a cama parecia como se estivesse. Havia um monte de crianças pulando na cama. minha cama não está arrumada, parece que eles apenas jogaram alguns lençóis na cama e mergulharam. Não sou de reclamar, mas desci até a recepção para ver se consigo algum purificador de ar ou algo assim, porque me sinto tão enjoada na sala, ela me disse que eles não tinham nenhum. Se você tiver algum tipo de problema nas costas, as camas de boa sorte estão desatualizadas. Eu fui ao shopping mais cedo e eles são muito bonitos desta área e quando eu disse a ele onde eu fiquei, ele me avisou que este hotel era lixo e os proprietários anteriores pegaram à falência, então agora há novos proprietários tentando voar por aí. O significado de ser barato e não atualizar quartos e obter novos lençóis e etc. Minha conclusão é que o Hyatt não decepcionou! Mas, infelizmente, este hotel Hyatt me surpreendeu.

I am a traveling nurse and I travel everywhere please listen to me when I say this hotel is the worst that I have ever seen. Everything is so outdated let’s start from my room. My room smells like mildew / sour /standing water . My sheets are dirty the blanket they put on the bed is filthy.When I walked into the room the bed look likeThere were a whole bunch of kids jumping on the bed. my bed is not made up it looks like they just drop some sheets on the bed and dipped.I’m not one to complain but I went downstairs to the front desk see if I can get some air freshener or something because I feel so nauseated in the room she told me they had none .
If you have any type of back problems good luck beds are outdated.I went to the mall earlier and they are very nice card from this area and when I told him where I stayed he advised me at this hotel was trash and the previous owners got into bankruptcy so now there are new owners trying to wing there way around. The meaning being cheap and not updating rooms and getting new sheets and Etc. My conclusion is Hyatt don’t disappoint !but unfortunately this Hyatt hotel has I’m very shocked.

Good location but the hotel is in rougher shape. The hallways and rooms are dingy feeling, not nicely lit and have scuffs all over the place. Our bed was on the harder side and the mattress cover was ripped (which I only saw because the fitting sheet didn't stay fitted. Bathroom has no fan and the shampoo and shower gel provided had the consistency of mucus

I have no actual complaints. I the service was above par, but I all the employees were presentable, polite, and ready to help in any way they possibly could. The room was immaculate. Clean and sanitized to the highest level. The bed was extremely comfortable, the television was enormous, the bathroom was well appointed and all the linens smelled as if they had just come outta the wash. Even the view should be mentioned - being I typically request a city view - it was awesome! I'm being so exuberant about this to drive home a point. Within 2 minutes walking distance you have The Curtiss, ALoft, and Hilton Garden Inn. I've stayed at all 3. The Hyatt not only boasted a much nicer staff than their competitors but at nearly half the price the had larger more modern televisions, the the room was significantly larger than all but ALoft, the bed twice as comfortable, and though the bathroom was ridiculously opulent ya know what it got the job done. I have to hand to the management at The Hyatt Regency. I'm sold. Definitely my stay of choice from now on when visiting Buffalo.One more thing. The breakfast this morning was absolutely phenomenal. Hands down the best breakfast I've had, period in at least a year.6/5 ⭐

Save your $200 and stay somewhere else. The pool isn't open, most amenities are limited due to the hotel just reopening. The rooms are dated and have renovation dust.
The only plus is good customer service from the desk.

I'll tell you something that travel agents do not want u to know. When reserving hotels use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ They've got the best deals on hotels! So much better than using expedia, priceline, hotwire. No doubt about that!!!Loved it. Again a Hyatt so it is what you'd expect. Absolutely loved having Morton's right in the hotel, happy hour foods just exceptional, only problem is you won't make it to dinner. Great area, easy parking, in the theater district. Its Buffalo, not NYC but great hotel and everything about it.. well managed.

The room was clean. It is little outdated. The bathroom did not have a trash can, which I thought was strange. The bed was comfortable and there are 3 pillows for the twin bed. Overall a good experience.

Pues después del hyatt de Boston este se nota un poco más viejo y los colchones son peores. La piscina es más pequeña y el agua está más fría, pero x otro lado, se les ve más expertos, nos trajeron la cuna con colchón y unos botecito de champú y body milk para bebés, en el de Boston no nos trajeron colchón para la cuna... Y lo bueno de éste hotel es que sólo tienes que coger un ascensor para ir a la habitación y son amables.

Realmente sucio. Las habitaciones anticuadasy poca limpieza. El hall tenia una inmensa tela de araña que pendia del techo. Y los empleados poco amistosos.
