Cozy rooms but you pay $20 a night for parking if you find it (it's hard) and the restaurant is only open thurs-sunday, not exactly as advertised
Currently staying at the hotel and I am concerned about the lack of mask enforcement.Multiple people this morning at the breakfast were not wearing mask when getting food at the buffet. I mentioned something to the staff and they did nothing about it. No masks in the hallways, no masks in the elevators, NO MASKS!This is extremely concerning to me and does not represent the Hyatt brand well. There is not enough parking for the amount of rooms there are. Took 20 minutes to find somewhere to park.On the flip side, I love the room. The bed is comfortable.No complaints there.

Menor quarto Hyatt que eu já tive. Eu sou um globalista e tenho quase 100 noites (200 com bônus) só este ano em 25 hyatts diferentes. Se você pegar um Hyatt Place de tamanho padrão e trocar 33% do espaço por um micro-ondas, é isso que você tem. O único problema é que você pode pedir um microondas no Hyatt Place e conseguir um. Smallest Hyatt room I have ever had. I am a globalist and I have almost 100 nights (200 with bonuses) this year alone at 25 different hyatts. If you take a standard size Hyatt Place and trade 33% of the space for a microwave, this is what you have. The only issue is you can actually ask for a microwave at a Hyatt Place and get one. I find it difficult to believe that they got rated as a Hyatt House. Why would they put a globalist in a smallest room they have?????

I would describe this hotel as lousy, but it might have had to get better to be lousy. I have spent a lot of nights in hotels. This is the first time I have ever gotten a room this small at a Hyatt House property. If I hadn't been checking in at 10 o'clock at night, I would have canceled my room and tried to find another hotel. Hyatt positions this brand as their "extended stay" property, similar to Marriott's Residence Inn. Well, I have never gotten a room this small at a Residence Inn, either, but, for the foreseeable future, Marriott will be receiving a whole lot more of my travel dollars, until they give me a room as s@#$%y as this one.

Really nice room, with a microwave as well as a fridge, a little couch, and a fancy bathroom. The toilet wasn't quite working right (ran for a really long time after flushing) but when I told the woman at the front desk, she said she'd have maintenance up to look at it within a couple hours. She also gave me a grave period for checkout due to an unexpected medical issue. The one real problem is the light rail noise, specifically the crossing-guard bells, which ring quite frequently late into the night. On the other hand, I could easily walk to the station and take a train downtown to catch my bus to Seattle.

El lugar parece limpio y bien arreglado al principio (y creo que el precio está ajustado para este nivel o servicio), pero encontré varias marcas de tazas sin borrar en el escritorio y la mesa lateral cuando entré por primera vez. El servicio general no es Genial, los empleados se perdieron nuestro servicio de limpieza (que está reservado para la cita), así que tuve que reconfirmar con ellos que esto se hará a tiempo. The place seems clean and well-put at first (and I think the price is adjusted for this level or service), but I found several uncleared mug marks on the desk and the side table when I first walked in. The overall service is not great - the employees missed our housekeeping service (which is reserved by the appointment) so I had to reconfirm with them that this will be done on time. I was also served a very stiff and dry bagel for breakfast service.

Stayed for a week for a little work and play. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially the breakfast crew. The parking was never an issue as some of the reviewers have stated. The lot is small but we found street parking and they offer overflow parking a short walk away at the Courthouse lot. If you find yourself in Beaverton, absolutely consider the new Hyatt House.

It is a new property so things are pretty clean... fairly clean. I had the customary long, black hair in the shower, not thrilled about that one. I reserved a one bedroom suite and upon check in asked not to be near the rail line but I was told my room was preassigned and could not be changed. The room was a one bedroom but the living space had a sofa stuffed into the corner by a window and hardly enough room to stretch out on the ottomans. The studio room had a better layout for a significantly lower rate, how can that be? There is very little parking at the property. How can you build a hotel that has a business model based on people traveling and have NO PARKING? NYC, Chicago, sure. Beaverton? Makes little to no sense but we were lucky enough to find on-street parking. We make trips to the area to see family pretty regularly but I don't know that I would stay here again, too many issues for what the rate charged gets you.
