We loved this hotel! It's conveniently located with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We parked our car at check-in and didn't need it again until check-out. Parking is cheaper if you don't need in and out privileges, so it's good to decide whether you'll actually need your car before checking in. Also, be sure to bring masks as they are required in the hotel at all times unless you are eating or drinking.

Lugar muito agradável em uma ótima localização. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, e os quartos eram de um tamanho agradável, com tudo o que você precisa. Un lugar realmente agradable en una excelente ubicación. Personal amable y servicial, y las habitaciones eran de buen tamaño y tenían todo lo necesario. Si quieres limpiar tu habitación tienes que preguntar, no es automático. Esto estuvo bien para nosotros, nos quedamos una semana y lo hicieron limpiar un par de veces. Algunas buenas opciones de estacionamiento en un par de cuadras.
Really nice place in a great location. Friendly and accommodating staff, and the rooms were a nice size with everything you need. If you want your room cleaned you have to ask, it isn't automatic. This was fine with us, we stayed for a week and had them clean it a couple times. Some good parking options with in a couple of blocks.

No breakfast served. No microwave in the room.Front desk clerks behind the counter very pleasant, and cheerful.However, as we were being checked in, there was an odd exchange. Yes, understood no maid service. Yes, understood that if we need additional linen service we may request towels at the front desk. Yes, it makes sense that the coffee making accoutrements are not in the room. What didn't make sense was a chirpy little comment, we can set you up. What? We can set you up. I'm sorry, I don't know what you mean when you say we can set you up. Poker? Play for pay? I got a little testy when I said you're being quite unclear. What was meant to be said was: if you want K-Cups for the coffee maker and the condiments to go with coffee we can provide those for you now or whenever it is convenient for you. I did enough customer service that I know the kind of service phrases that should be used.There was an urn of coffee in the lobby which was too hot for me to drink even after I added ice, and it wasn't very good.Everything was very, very clean and well maintained. Perfect for people who want to come to Portland for a weekend to see how weird it is. Voodoo donuts is just a short Max ride away.
Loved the industrial vibe of this hotel! The staff and customer service was outstanding! They give Hyatt members reusable bottle water which we absolutely loved. Great location near good restaurants, shopping, and transportation. Would stay here again 👍
Really great hotel. Beds were very comfortable. It is very hipster and modern. Service was great. It id located right in the heart of Portland, so you can walk pretty much everywhere. nightstands were a little small, but each side of the bed got one (we had 2 queen beds, so 4 nightstands) Our room had a good view. The building is L shaped, so part of it was blocked.

Esta foi a nossa primeira vez hospedado no Hyatt centric e tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa. Tivemos uma estadia de três noites, o quarto era muito espaçoso e muito limpo! This was our first time staying at Hyatt centric and we had a wonderful experience. We had a three night stay, the room was pretty spacious and very clean! The bed was so comfortable! The office staff is super friendly, they made us feel welcome from the moment we entered through those doors until the day we left. The only negative thing I guess I can say is the valet parking price, but in general is hard to find parking in downtown so it was worth it for us. My husband and I will definitely be returning to this hotel whenever back in Portland.

The room was very clean. I think the place was supposed to look like an uptown trendy loft. It was kind of a swing and miss tho. The floor and ceiling were bare concrete and really bad lighting at the sink were you get ready. The worst part was the horrible paint job on the dresser under the tv. Cheap hotel wood finish but it was painted over and then faded out to no paint on the wood at the bottom half. Terrible! Oh and to valet your car for the night to keep it off the streets and safe (downtown Portland Oregon) was $47!!! Crazy. Like I first said tho, the room was super clean.

New hotel with good service and modern tech (like JBL speakers, LG screens etc.).Stylish rooms. In general hotel is a slightly pricey for Portland. No self self parking and valet is $45 per night which is quite pricey as well but for this location it still worth it. BUT no restraints working at night, no vending, no bar at night, even no cola at night that you can buy, so if you like to get anything you need to got the store!
Staff was super nice! Room was super comfy; loved the interior design throughout the hotel! Stayed for 4 nights. Convenient location to so many cool spots in Portland!There’s free parking after 7pm until 8am in front of the hotel but it’s about $30-$50 for daily parking around...that’s the only bummer part but if you can stay without a car, that would be my recommendation.Has lots of great tv channels, a mini fridge, coffee maker, robes, iron and iron board, vanity mirror with lots of lighting, a safe, good amount of storage space and lots of lamps!
Hyatt centric never let me down. Really enjoy for two nights. The best thing is the air conditioner so quiet. Very nice staff and clean room.
