Os quartos estão localizados no último andar de um grande edifício com um pátio interno no centro do bairro de San Lorenzo. Fica em uma área central, mas um pouco confusa à noite, recomendada mais para crianças que procuram diversão noturna do que para famílias. Pegamos um quarto pequeno e mais barato com banheiro fora do quarto, mas privado, um pouco pequeno. Na sala tinha uma cozinha, a cama era um sofá cama, uma pequena TV e um ar condicionado, eu diria velho e barulhento. Recomendo à estrutura renovar um pouco este quarto porque colocar uma TV maior, um ar condicionado de verdade e uma cama de verdade fariam uma impressão diferente. Não há café da manhã, mas no frigobar há água, bitters, croissants oferecidos pela estrutura. Os proprietários são prestativos e gentis.

Proprietários muito gentis, acomodações muito confortáveis.
A estrutura fica no quarto andar do prédio, muito conveniente o método de acesso às portas e portões através de uma página web que automatiza as entradas é muito conveniente (em qualquer caso há chaves), o lobby é muito bonito, limpo e perfumada, a sala está equipada com cozinha, frigorífico e ainda máquina de café com cápsulas e tudo o que necessita. O concierge e o gerente do quarto são pessoas muito atenciosas e agradáveis. Confortável e barato, o quarto é um bom ponto de partida para visitar Roma, perto da estação de metrô, bonde, ônibus e trem. Localizada em uma praça e acima de alguns bares, a sala é bastante barulhenta à noite e de manhã cedo se você deixar as janelas abertas, devido aos moradores (principalmente estudantes). Embora haja um pequeno desumidificador / clima, o uso é um pouco barulhento. Casa de banho fora da sala um pouco pequena, mas para quem não espera todo o conforto que nos convém.
La estructura está en el cuarto piso del edificio, muy conveniente el método para tener acceso a puertas y portones a través de una página web que automatiza los accesos es muy conveniente (en cualquier caso hay llaves), el lobby es muy lindo, limpio y fragante, la habitación está equipada con una cocina, nevera e incluso una máquina de café con cápsulas y todo lo necesario. El conserje y el gerente de la habitación son personas muy amables y serviciales. Cómoda y barata, la habitación es un buen punto de partida para visitar Roma, cerca de la estación de metro, tranvía, autobús y tren. Ubicada justo en una plaza y encima de algunos bares, la habitación es bastante ruidosa por la noche y temprano en la mañana si dejas las ventanas abiertas, debido a los lugareños (especialmente a los estudiantes). Aunque hay un pequeño deshumidificador / clima, el uso es un poco ruidoso. El baño fuera de la habitación es un poco pequeño, pero para los que no esperan todas las comodidades, nos conviene.

Las habitaciones están ubicadas en el último piso de un gran edificio con patio interno en el centro del distrito de San Lorenzo. Está en una zona céntrica pero un poco confusa por la noche, recomendado más para niños que buscan vida nocturna que para familias. Cogimos una habitación pequeña y más barata con el baño fuera de la habitación pero privado, un poco pequeño. En la habitación había una cocina, la cama era un sofá cama, un pequeño televisor y un aire acondicionado, diría viejo y ruidoso. Recomiendo a la estructura que renueve un poco esta habitación porque poner un televisor más grande, un aire acondicionado real y una cama real daría una impresión diferente. No hay desayuno pero en el mini bar hay agua, amargos, croissants ofrecidos por la estructura. Los dueños son amables y serviciales.
The rooms are located on the top floor of a large building with an internal courtyard in the center of the San Lorenzo district. It is in a central area but a bit confusing in the evening, recommended more for kids looking for nightlife than for families. We took a small and cheaper room with the bathroom outside the room but private, a bit small. In the room there was a kitchen, the bed was a sofa bed, a small TV and an air conditioner, I would say old and noisy. I recommend to the structure to renovate this room a bit because putting a bigger TV, a real air conditioner and a real bed would make a different impression. There is no breakfast but in the mini bar there are water, bitters, croissants offered by the structure. The owners are helpful and kind.
