The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast had waffles and there was coffee and tea available at any time in the lobby. Our service here has been amazing! All of the staff goes above and beyond to help with any situation. On top of that, my room was clean and sanitary. There is a complimentary breakfast and also a hotel snack shack which is open 24/7. There isn't a pool but they have a fitness center which is nice. I've really enjoyed my stay here in Chicago and will definitely come back in the future! Nosso serviço aqui tem sido incrível! Toda a equipe vai além para ajudar com qualquer situação. It was a nice stay. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Room was clean but had a few things that needed fixing (shower nobs, mirror had a permanent fuzzy spot) also no fridge and we waited 30 min for them to bring up the pack and play. Good room rates. Property is older and fairly well maintained. Rooms are comfortable and very nice. Lobby is quite dark and very dated. Location is good. Rooms are nice but a bit small. Bathroom ventilation wasn't the best. Toilet is too low and sink is too high. Other than that, it waa good! Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was much better than the usual continental fare, with hot food served every morning. Cookies, coffee and hot chocolate were always available. Spacious, easy to access shower. Breakfast was included and basically anything you could want was on the buffet. It was not just carbs. The Inn was easy to access and the staff was very congenial.
