Achei o quarto pequeno para 4 pessoas. Não tem serviço de carregador de mala. Quando chegamos, não tinha como estacionar na frente para tirar as bagagens pq estava em construção a frente do hotel.É bom por ter muitos restaurantes perto mas isso tem em qq lugar em NYC. Enfim, não voltaria.

Perfect location for an overnight stay for my appointment at MSK on East 74 St. Clean, quiet, safe neighborhood on upper East side. Everything I've come to expect from a Marriott Couryard. If it wasn't for the weed smell across the hall I would have given it a 5 star rating. Met all my expectations. Would definitely recommend.

Not much service wise but our room was so comfortable. I’m here to see my oncologist at MSK and honestly it was the best nights sleep I’ve had in a while! No bar or hot food options but for what we came for it was great. We’ll stay again!

I stayed there Wednesday thru Sunday for New Years. Stay was horrible. Heat wouldn’t cut off, wireless service was down, iron was broke, asked to speak to manager twice never got a call back. Very disappointed and I’m a bonvoy member and will never come back. Money was wasted and never even got a refund or discount

HOT! Apparently engineers shut down the AC during winter months and windows don’t crack. Currently staying here and can’t even sleep because I’m dying of heat in the room. Front desk just gave a simple “sorry”, basically nothing they can do. My six year old also can’t sleep, it’s so hot. UPDATE - Manager Michael Inglese sent me an email on this issue and I responded to him on 12/27 and have not heard back, even after following up. What's the point of reaching out if you will not reply or try to make things right?

I loved the pillows!! So fluffy and soft. The bathroom was big, clean, water was warm and adjustablebfor perfect temperature (i like a hot shower) and showerhead was adjustable. TV options were perfect, multiple channels and aNetflix option.free wifi The room was small, not a lot of room to maneuver, limited acess to besside plugs, one didn't work. The matress was a little firm for me, and alarm clock was off by a few hours, easy fix.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and it is in a great location, near subway, Starbucks, bodegas and restaurants, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. First impressions are memorable and the front desk/check-in receptionist at 1000, had terrible customer service. Again, we experienced this in the evening with a gentleman working there. Neither people were friendly or helpful/ Location and comfort of the rooms. Everything was very clean and in good working condition. Poor customer service. In addition, no breakfast, only coffee, tea or hot chocolate.
