Propaganda enganosa.As fotos e a descrição do hotel não condizem com a realidade. Prédio de apartamentos, sem placa de identificação, ainda em construção, sem recepção, sem responsável no local, sem segurança.Piscina sem guarda-sol, sem cadeira, entorno da piscina em construção. Os andares e os apartamentos sem identificação. Os elevadores constantemente sujos de cimento,e no andar todo predomina poeira e sujeira. Faltou energia elétrica duas vezes. Imagina ficar preso num elevador sem ninguém no prédio para socorrer. Forneceram um voucher para tomar o café da manhã num restaurante próximo que só atendia depois das 9h00. Na primeira noite levamos um susto, a roupa de cama estava imunda. A responsável só atendia com mensagem de WhatsApp. Depois de reclamar da sujeira e poeira no quarto, começaram a limpar todos os dias. Existia duas portas de entrada e não ficava ninguém na recepção, então a segurança era zero.O portão do estacionamento localizado no prédio ficava aberto 24 horas, inclusive a noite. Me senti enganada. Frustrante. Nem para fazer o check outa funcionária apareceu, falou que podíamos deixar a chave no apartamento. Estivemos no período de 30 de abril a 07 de maio 2018
A localização émuita boa e o Studio éespacoso ..O café da manhã éno restaurante próximo,háseis tipos a escolher,embora sejasimples, alimenta-se o suficiente. Em suma, valeu.
Ficamos hospedados no hotel ducassi entre 15/03 até 19/03 , o atendimento não tenho o que reclamar e apartamenti bem completo , porém nos colocaram em um apartamento novo que estava todo cheio de pó pois ainda estava em construção, o lugar todo não só o apartamento , foi solicitado a limpeza do apartamento assim que chegamos mas a limpeza foi feita com a maior ma vontade.Quanto ao café da manhã , procurem outro lugar para fornecer o café para seus hóspedes , pois além do atendimento ser péssimo, só temos direito a um pão seco com frios e um suco e caso a gente quisesse outra coisa teríamos que pagar a parte.Outra coisa e para mim a mais importante : A imagem que fornecem nos sites de reserva no hotel de vocês é de outro hotel de vocês , isso é um ato enganoso com o consumidor. Pegamos 3 suítes, uma delas estava claramente não acabada ainda, nem cortinas tinha no quarto. As outras estavam ok. A localização é boa, mas a praia da frente não é legal não.
Es publicidad engañosa los apartamentos están sucios con cucarachas, el servicio de recepción es horrible, le falta amabilidad al personal, te faltan cosas de la maleta, las planchasGHD desaparecieron,no es seguro,y para usar las tumbonas de la playa tienes que consumir, pues no es privada, creo que hay mejores opciones , lo ponen bonito pero no merece la pena, no se puede dormir del ruido.
Horrible es un desatre no tiene hijiene la cocina todo sucio muy malo el servicio
So far no room service after 2 days, maybe it is because of low staff related to covid/curfew situation in D.R
We stayed three nights, unfortunately it was not a very good stay. The photos and sellpoints at booking is far from accurate. There was no cleaning though supposedly to have every second day. The check-in process took two hours waiting in line instead of for example letting people leave the numbers and get notified when free turns. The water in the taps were salty, not so nice at a beach, the smells in the area bad and the reception girl rather rude. Also though stating that they accept card the were reluctant to do so. Overall if you can find other lodging in the area go for it.

TERRIBLE....no le recomiendo a nadie reservar en este sitio, es un completo engaño..... nunca habia visto tanta inconformidad y maltrato junto.... mientras esperamos para el check in la persona de la recepcion sumamente grosera, altanera maleducada tuvo un conflicto con una huesped que se quejaba que la habian robado en la habitacion y lo que consiguio fue que la amenazaran con la policia...... yo mismo, espere desde las 1100am reguardandome de las sanciones por toque de queda del fin de semana y debi hacerlo con mi familia dentro del carro, no nos brindaron ningun apoyo, aun siendo el check in a las 2:00 pm, no fue si no pasadas las 3:00pm que finalmente nos entregaron la llave de la habitacion, tratando de reportar esta situacion a booking.com, la recepcionista, me hecho del lobby del hotel se vende como un hotel, pero no lo es, un edificio de apartamentos sin ningun o poco servicio las habitaciones se encuentran en un estado sumamente deplorable, con oxido y filtraciones por todas partes ademas la limpieza es pesima incluso la piscina del techo no es tal como se ve en fotos, es mucho mas pequeña, con una capacidad de sillas y espacio muy limitado pague 2 noches, solo estuve 1 el lugar y la atencion es tan malo que preferi perder una noche, por supuesto la gerencia inescrupulosa de este lugar no me devolvio el dinero el sitio es una completa estafa..................... This review will be based on checking in, commodities, and some room issues. First, checking in was confusing. It was across the street. Second, the pool was not open and lastly, the water did have an unpleasant smell. Besides the water smelling awful, the room had a smell that even gave me a headache. The hotel looks great and beautiful in photos but in-person, the hotel looked a little outdated.
ATTENTION I booked through Airbnb from 03-05 December 2020. To date it is THE WORST experience ever. I read Ducassi’s description but also took the time to read the reviews as well. I can agree with why people are feeling the way they feel and fully support and endorse your suffering as, I too have been a victim of an UNHOSIPITABLE environment. The check in process was very confusing as the reception is across the street in another complex that is not Ducassi. I was greeted somewhat nicely at first, both receptionists looked very uninterested to be there. My fiancé and I needed to present passports and sign a document. As I was reading the terms and conditions prior to signing, one of the receptionists said, “it’s almost lunch time. Just sign.” This should have been the first red flag and I should have walked out right there and then but persisted in giving the already reserved hotel a chance. I read all conditions and signed, after which I was given the keys. I was advised the rooftop pool was open from 10am to 7pm and an additional pool at the hotel across the street open from 10am to 10pm. I was not shown to my room, nor was I helped with luggage either. Upon trying to access the rooftop, the doors were closed and locked. The receptionist NEGLECTED to mention that the pool was under renovation, again this would have been perfectly understandable HAD she mentioned this when giving me the keys instead of leading one to believe that it is open. This could have EASILY been articulated but was OMITTED from me. The sliding door to the patio locks when closed and was locked out of my room for 30 minutes after alerting the host. The shower and sink are very badly corroded, the water is EXTREMELY saline and UNBEARABLE to use to brush your teeth, bring your own bottled water in order to brush your teeth. The MOST INTOLERABLE thing that truly made this place go from a 3 star hotel to 1 star is when I ran out of toilet paper. I went downstairs and asked the receptionist at Ducassi (woman who was ALWAYS on her phone and showed with her body language that she did not want to be there) and asked if I could have another roll of toilet paper as I had run out. She said, “that is an additional service that you need to pay for. You need to request that in the morning so that we can get our cleaning staff to clean your room and provide you with fresh towel and new toilet paper.” I clarified, “I JUST need toilet paper. Just an additional roll. I do not need towels or for my room to be cleaned.” She replied saying, “oye chico, this is how it works here.” First and foremost, ANYWHERE you go, you are either treated as "SIR, SEÑOR, MISTER, MA’AM, MISS, or even JOVEN etc.” But NEVER as “oye chico”. The lack of respect, integrity, and ethics in this place is an absolute horror. I will NEVER book here ever again and will make it known that this was the absolute worst experience ever. With such an awful experience, I took the liberty of taking video of how I was leaving my room (as clean as I got it, with the exception of some sand on the floor from the beach) in case Ducassi tries to rip off their guests’ even more. BE CAUTIOUS. HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST BOOKING AT DUCASSI. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
Bien ubicado. Edificación moderna, cuenta con ascensor y escaleras. Parqueo exterior y tambien soterrado. Piscina en la azotea.
Localizaçãoboa apenas, sem acesso interior a praia, limpeza má, nota se muito desgaste péssima manutenção,pequeno almoçonuma cafetería, a recepção nem esta aberta de manhãpara check out,a piscina é maistanque que não ve manutenção nem cloro o deck e cadeiras todos partidos, tal como a cozinha asquerosa,chama suite a un galinheiro e beach club é uma miragem. Horrível! NÃO RECOMENDO.
Great location for the non resort experience. You do get what you pay for. Friendly service. Overnight support limited due to the pandemic and local curfew while I was there.
el peor hotel de mi vida. agua del mar para banarse. sucia. la receptionista es horible . bueno, la pisina arriba es buena pero hay NADA MAS BUENO con ese hotel horible. mucho ruido en la noche afuera. por favor, no te vayas a Ducassi y buscate otro..sinceramente
Um bom local para ficar se o intuito é aproveitar as praias e não ficar no hotel. O ar condicionado não gela o quarto inteiro. A área da piscina é muito boa e a localização do hotel é excelente. Muitas opções de restaurantes próximos, supermercados, farmácia, casa de câmbio.

¡Recomendaré a todos que se queden aquí!Es espacioso para un estudio, una cocina completa, una decoración cuidada y pequeños toques en todos los lugares que se te ocurran.La piscina es excelente, la playa es excelente, el edificio es súper seguro y todo fue perfecto.Estuve aquí por trabajo y tenía todo lo que necesitaba y algo más.Por la noche, cuando tenía que hacer algo de trabajo en la computadora portátil, opté por abrir las ventanas para obtener un excelente sonido de fondo.No podía creer la vista todos los días.Sería tonto no reservar este lugar, ¡el mejor lugar en Punta Cana!
Perfect location in town, secured underground parking, organized check in, all looked quite clean and it was fully equipped. I could definitely go back and would recommend it to a friend. For me the one missing star is because of two main reasons: 1) The water! It was really stinky! Like the first seconds of each use were uncomfortable due to the smell of the water, which was also really "hard" and filled with minerals (making it take longer for the soap to come out and leaving you feeling kind of sticky, for example) 2) The noises! When it was not a generator, it was a machine or an engine of who knows what, with all closed you barely notice it, but once you open the balcony: the ambient will not be as enjoyable as expected.
Excelente apartamento totalmente equipado cerca de restaurantes comercios Bares con Buena Onda y excelentes cocteles! Playa a 3 cuadras recomiendo ir al Parador Soles Chill Out Bar Linda Playa buena Comida Cocteles Musica y la mejor atencion... estos apartamentos Ducassi son tan acogedores como si estuvieras en tu propio Hogar. Lo que mas destaco, en mi caso q siempre viajo sola, la zona es muy segura salia a correr temprano y por las noches podia andar con total tranquilidad. FELIZ ESTANCIA 💜🤗🏝
