Problemas com o tempo de disponibilidade do quarto, problemas mecânicos na piscina e na banheira de hidromassagem, suprimentos no quarto para nosso uso e sauna usada como sala de fumantes, tornaram esta visita de uma noite menos que estelar. Issues with the timing of room availability, pool and hot tub mechanical issues, supplies in the room for our use, and sauna used as a smoking room, made this one night visit less than stellar. Maybe the timing was just bad. Anyway, for a $186 suite, I expect things to go better.

Stayed here for like ten days on a baseball team trip. Amazing staff. Game room was fun. Let us reserve the conference room. 10/10 hotel

O quarto era limpo e bem decorado. O Wi-Fi era TERRÍVEL! Foi-me dito para vir à recepção para obter uma senha. Me mostraram uma folha laminada novamente me dizendo para pedir uma senha. O recepcionista não tinha idéia! Eu tenho 5 mbps que caiu para 2 mbps! Se o WiFi é importante para você, vá para outro lugar!

The room was clean and well appointed. The WiFi was TERRIBLE!I was told to come to the front desk to get a passcode.I was shown a laminated sheet again telling me to ask for a passcode.The desk clerk had no clue!I got 5 mbps that went down to 2 mbps!If WiFi is important to you, go elsewhere!

I'm one who moves the furniture to see if they have cleaned, well it wasn't too bad as far as cleanliness. The pool and surrounding area were clean. The location was perfect for gaining access to the main drag in Branson.

Prós, piscina aberta até meia-noite aquecida e água salgada eu gostei, jatos de banheira estavam quebrados, café da manhã grátis, a equipe é muito gentil, estacionamento e fácil acesso Contras, o antigo precisa de atualizações, os balcões estavam sujos nas saias da cama do quarto, como fluidos corporais e comida na saia. Os tapetes precisam ser limpos, as coisas mais antigas estão enferrujadas e me lembram um motel. As camas são ok, não são confortáveis, mas pelo menos não estou dormindo no buraco de outra pessoa. Cheiro o quarto está muito mofado. O pior é que a descarga do vaso sanitário demora uma eternidade e enche ainda mais. Às vezes, dar descarga nas minhas coisas não funcionava, sempre liguei para a mesa, isso é normal. Na verdade, eu escolhi este hotel em vez de outro que eu tinha reservado por 100,00 mais 2 noites, mas não acho que seja melhor. Se você quiser uma noite rápida e barata, talvez, mas não fiquei impressionado.

A equipe foi além do gerente bem sorri à direita da porta da frente amigável. The staff was awesome but the rooms don't get cleaned which sucked and we had to ask for towels. I know it's eco friendly but I think they should at least give fresh towels out every three days. Another problem was the faucet in the shower. It sprayed extremely hot water when it was on cold. It happened two times and my young son was in the shower. There was used tissues between the bed and wall. The game room was fun and the pool was fun but it has dead flies in it the first two days. The internet signal does not work here

Pros, pool open till midnight heated and salt water I liked it, hit tub jets were broke, free breakfast, staff is very kind, parking and easy access Cons, old needs upgrades, counters were dirty in room bed skirts nasty like body fluids and food on the skirt. Carpets need cleaned bad, it's older stuff is rusted and reminds me of a motel. Beds are ok not comfty but at least I am not sleeping in another person's hole. Smell the room is very musty. The worst is the toilet flushing takes for ever and refill even longer. Sometimes getting my stuff flushed didn't work always I called the desk this is normal. I actually chose this hotel rather than another I had booked for 100.00 more 2 nights but I don't think it's any better. If you want a cheap fast night then maybe but I was not impressed.

The staff went over and beyond the manager as well smiles right from the front door friendly. I asked for 11 am check in time the original room they had for us wasn’t ready so they switched it too another wow and the room was quite spacious and clean too the hills. Will definitely stay there again
