The location. They told me the room was clean but the restroom was dirty specially the tub. There were 2 big muddy prints on the wall. There was hair and dirt inside the tub.They also left 6 dirty towels in the closet. I called and they never came to pick them up.

It exceeded our expectations! The room was big and clean, friendly and helpful staff, and overall clean. We loved that the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours! The shower curtain was dirty and had mud looking spots on the inside from the top diwn.

Room was clean and we liked the setup. A full breakfast was provided. The pool and hot tub were open 24/7. It was overbooked and the staff had to get some things straightened out before they could get us a room. The staff was bickering back and forth about how to handle it which should not have been discussed in the customer's presence.

There really was nothing good I realize that when a hotel is undergoing renovations everything can be a mess, but, to place a guest into a room just a door away from said renovations is awful. The room we were in was not very clean. There was also black mold in the bathroom.

Staff were reasonably friendly. We booked a king Jacuzzi suite, which turned out to be a small hotel room with a jetted tub in the corner, at a very high price. Much worse, however, was the presence of huge dumpsters, trash, construction garbage and just plain hazards everywhere!

The location of it to the freeway. They were doing remodeling in the room next to mine and did not make me aware of this. Waking up to hammers pounding on the walls at 7:30 in the morning after just a few hours of rest was not pleasant.

Breakfast item selection... The side exit/entry door closest to the hotel room did not latch shut when it was "closed." It looked like it was shut but when you pulled on it from the outside, it would open without having to use the door key.

Location was excellent. Within walking distance to stores and restaurants. . Because pets are welcome there I was concerned that with my allergies I might have a reaction or there might be foul smell. Not so. Clean and family friendly. Not one thing.
