Grande sala. A equipe de check-in foi ótima e as senhoras que servem café da manhã ... fabuloso. Nossa geladeira não funcionou. A manutenção chegou ... depois que eles saíram, ainda não funcionou. Todas as moças eram ótimas ... até a governanta. A manutenção ... nem tanto.

Este é o meu hotel em Las Vegas, NM. Os quartos estão bem equipados. Adaptável, grande pressão do chuveiro. Eu adoro assistir morcegos tarde da noite. Eles estão ao lado de uma flecha, então há muitos insetos disparando neles para se banquetear. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom e as escolhas são excelentes.

Este es mi hotel al que ir en Las Vegas, NM. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas. Conformable, gran presión de ducha. Me encanta ver murciélagos a altas horas de la noche. Están al lado de una flecha, por lo que hay muchos bichos que pueden deleitarse. El desayuno es muy bueno y las opciones son excelentes.

Great room. Check in staff was great and the ladies that serve breakfast ...fabulous.
Our refrigerator didn't work. Maintenance came in...after they left it still didn't work.
All the gals were great...even the housekeeper. The Maintenance...not so much.

This is my go to Hotel in Las Vegas, NM. Rooms are well appointed. Conformable, shower pressure great. I love watching bats at late night. They are next to an arrow, so there are many bugs fir them to feast on. Breakfast is very good, and choices are great.

O Best Wester Montezuma Inn está localizado no lado norte de Las Vegas, perto da rodovia, mas não muito perto. O hotel é limpo e os quartos são confortáveis. O café da manhã era bom, a seleção padrão do Best Western Plus com a adição de um pouco de chili vermelho e verde para uma verdadeira sensação do Novo México. De acordo com as regras do Novo México, a ajuda serve você no bufê, em vez de você servir a si mesmo. A internet é muito rápida.

Fiquei imediatamente impressionado com o quão limpo e bem iluminado este hotel era à 1 da manhã, quando finalmente desistimos de dirigir e conseguimos um hotel. Percebo que devo ter parecido uma bagunça porque pedi um quarto com 2 camas e a balconista Jessica perguntou "você sabe que custa cerca de US $ 130, certo?" Sim, tudo bem haha O quarto era espaçoso e limpo e tinha minha marca de higiene favorita, Pharmacopia. Eu tenho que dizer que o café da manhã foi o melhor café da manhã de hotel que eu já tive. Eu ficaria novamente!

A equipe é excelente, mas as instalações são bastante sem graça (como esperado para um Best Western) e nem sempre funcionam (a piscina / spa está baixo, mas os hóspedes podem usar a piscina do Days Inn ao lado). Como também esperado, há alguns convidados incompletos por perto, mas geralmente as pessoas ficam caladas e ainda nos sentimos seguros.Edit: Espero que o proprietário não seja tão fechado para seus funcionários quanto parecem ser para os comentários no Google Maps. Por esse motivo decepcionante, estou reduzindo minha classificação para 2 estrelas. Em qualquer caso, por 180 / noite, minha classificação original de 4 estrelas foi um esforço para manter uma visão generosa de nossa estadia.

The Best Wester Montezuma Inn is located on the north side of Las Vegas, close to the freeway, but not too close.The hotel is clean and the rooms comfortable.The breakfast was good, standard Best Western Plus selection with the addition of some red and green chili for a real New Mexico feel.Per New Mexico rules, the help serves you from the buffet instead of you serving yourself.The internet is very fast.

5 stars! Very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was very friendly.. And guys - they actually really do serve hot breakfast. It was perfect

The staff is great, but the facilities are pretty bland (as expected for a Best Western) and don't always work (the pool/spa is down but guests can use the Days Inn pool next door).
As also expected, there's some sketchy guests around but usually people keep to themselves and we still felt safe.
Edit: I hope the owner isn't as closed-minded to their employees as they appear to be to reviews on Google Maps. For this disappointing reason, I'm lowering my rating to 2 stars. In any case, for 180/night, my original 4-star rating was an effort to keep a generous view of our stay.

I was immediately impressed with how clean and well lit this hotel was at 1 AM when we finally gave up driving and got a hotel. I realize I must've looked like a mess because I asked for a room w/ 2 beds and clerk Jessica asked " you know it costs about $130, right?" Yeah that's fine haha The room was spacious and clean and had my favorite hygiene brand, Pharmacopia. I have to say breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. I would stay again!

Roubaram várias ferramentas do meu trailer. Os gerentes têm filmagens e os policiais podem pegá-los. Teve informações incorretas sobre o procedimento e política, mas a equipe foi incrível Id como adicionar. Nosso AC não era tudo que nem era o chuveiro. As camas eram confortáveis e limpos. Espero que eles peguem aqueles ladrões !!!

Had a bunch of tools stolen from my trailer. Managers do have footage and cops will hopefully catch them. Had misinformation about procedure and policy but the Staff was awesome Id like add. Our AC wasn't all that neither was the shower. Beds were comfy and clean.Hope they catch those thieves !!!
