Ficamos na Suite King com jacuzzi. O quarto era extremamente limpo / higienizado e a banheira estava soberbamente limpa, sim, eu fiz uma inspeção completa dos jatos e tudo antes de mergulhar meu corpo na jacuzzi do hotel (ligeiro germaphobe). Local sossegado. Definitivamente, recomendo este quarto.

Nos alojamos en la suite King con jacuzzi. La habitación estaba extremadamente limpia / desinfectada y la bañera estaba magníficamente limpia, sí, hice una inspección minuciosa de los chorros y todo antes de sumergir mi cuerpo en el jacuzzi de un hotel (leve fobia a los gérmenes). We stayed in the King Suite with the Jacuzzi. The room was extremely clean/sanitized and the tub was superbly cleaned, yes I did a thorough inspection of the jets and all before soaking my body into a hotel Jacuzzi (slight germaphobe). Quiet location. Definitely recommend this room.

Young kids up making LOTS of noise in the hallway after midnight til about 12:30 when I could not take it anymore and called the front desk I think this property houses young families through social services and there was a lot of kids on this first floor and I'm here in town working I had to get up at 5:00 a.m. so if anybody has to get up for work in the morning if you are a working man or woman and you need a good night's sleep I do not recommend this property I will never come back here to this place I was in town working from Ohio. I will never return to this property. Ran out of TP. No extra roll toilet paper in my room.

We had a pretty good stay here. They are dog friendly and we stayed for two nights. There was plenty of truck parking, we were able to unhook our trailer and park the rig in the parking lot. Jill was wonderful! She was always there it seemed like. No hot breakfast a grab and go which was disappointing but it was sufficient. It had a pool and a hot tub which was great. We would stay there again if we get back to Syracuse.

Honestly this is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had! Service desk is not very helpful or get things done in a timely manner. Pool has no signs saying you need to speak to front desk due to Covid restrictions. And to add to it my wife goes to take a shower and we had no hot water. Guests are not respecting COVID precautions and the staff do nothing about it. The remote for our TV is broken and 3 pillows on the bed. I expected way more for a suit. The worst $200 for a weekend get away I have spent. I recently spent almost 2 months at a best western in Nebraska for business and that stay was phenomenal. But this hotel is lacking some seriously needed attention. When we leave we will not be back to this establishment!

My family and I were just looking for a little weekend getaway that was close to Destiny. This is a pretty nice hotel. With a family we ALWAYS look for pools and hot tubs. The pool and the hot tub were very nice. The pool was heated so it’s not freezing cold, the hot tub was like the perfect temperature. The room was also nice, pretty standard. It’s one of our new favorites! We will be staying here again.

This hotel was actually dirty. I couldn't believe the flith that I encountered at this location. Well the bathroom itself was disgusting. From coffee stained counters to dirty tubs. Breakfast is no longer served due co-vid19. The children seemed to love the pool. However water is tracked through the lobby from the children running from the pool. The beds are hard.
