Boa acomodação, calma, ar condicionado frio, próximo ao mar, não tenho certeza se o ancião que recebeu é o dono ou não. Cuidem-se muito bem. Reserve um pacote para 4 dias e 3 noites. A acomodação fará upgrade de quarto conforme bem. 🥰🤗😘

Durante minha estada na Z-touch, houve uma série de questões que eu acredito não merecem 3,5 a 4 estrelas, você decide. Meu primeiro obstáculo foi não ter wi-fi. A equipe afirmou que há wi-fi no entanto não havia Wifi o tempo todo durante a minha estadia. Além disso, o banheiro não era limpo, não fornecem condicionador, apenas xampu (menor). A luz do banheiro não estava funcionando, graças aos céus pela luz do celular. Não há serviço de lavanderia que seja muito caro por funcionário. O café da manhã tem ovos fritos, eu não gosto de ovo frito, então pedi 2 ovos cozidos, o pessoal disse que haverá um custo adicional para pedidos especiais ... tanto faz. No geral, não foi uma boa experiência e eu não recomendo que ninguém reserve este hotel.

Buen alojamiento, aire acondicionado fresco, tranquilo, al lado del mar, no se si el anciano que lo recibió es el dueño o no Cuídense muy bien. Reserven un pack de 4 días y 3 noches. El alojamiento mejorará la habitación como bueno 🥰🤗😘

Durante mi estadía en Z-touch hubo una serie de problemas que creo que no merecen 3.5 a 4 estrellas, tú decides. Mi primer obstáculo fue aguantar la falta de wifi. El personal dijo que hay wifi, sin embargo, no hubo wifi todo el tiempo durante mi estadía. Además, el baño no estaba limpio, no proporcionan acondicionador, solo champú (menor). La luz del baño no funcionaba, gracias al cielo por la luz del teléfono móvil. No existe un servicio de lavandería que sea demasiado caro para el personal. El desayuno tiene huevos fritos, no me gustan los huevos fritos, así que pedí 2 huevos duros, el personal dijo que habrá cargos adicionales por solicitudes especiales ... lo que sea. En general, no fue una buena experiencia y no recomiendo a nadie que reserve este hotel.

During my stay at Z-touch there were a number of issues that I believe do not merit 3.5 to 4 stars, you decide.
My first hurdle was putting up with no wifi. The staff stated that there's wifi however there was not Wifi the entire time during my stay.
Furthermore, the Bathroom was not clean, They don’t provide conditioner, only shampoo (minor). The bathroom light was not working, thank heaven for cellphone light.
There's no laundry service that exists as too expensive per staff.
Breakfast has fried eggs, l dont like fried egg, so l asked for 2 boiled eggs, the staff said there will be an additional charges for special requests… whatever.
Overall, it was not a good experience and I do not recommend anyone should book this hotel.

Fiquei super decepcionado com o preço que paguei. Era cerca de 2.400 por noite. Fiquei lá por 5 dias 4 noites e não houve serviço de limpeza durante a minha estadia, embora eu tenha informado o pessoal de lá para limpar meu quarto, nem água, papel higiênico 🧻, toalhas fornecidas. Tive de levar as toalhas ao pessoal para conseguir as novas. Foi horrível e a pior estadia de todos os tempos. Se você está procurando um lugar para ficar em Koh Lipe, existem tantos lugares melhores. Eu não recomendo totalmente o resort Z-touch Lipe Island.

Estaba muy decepcionado con el precio que pagué. Eran alrededor de 2400 por noche. Me quedé allí por 5 días 4 noches y no hubo servicio de limpieza durante mi estadía a pesar de que le he informado al personal de allí que limpie mi habitación ni tenga agua, papel higiénico, toallas. Tuve que llevar las toallas al personal para conseguir las nuevas. Fue horrible y la peor estancia de mi vida. Si está buscando un lugar para alojarse en Koh Lipe, hay muchos lugares mejores. No recomiendo en absoluto el complejo isleño Z-touch lipe.

I was super disappointed with the price I paid. It was around 2400 per night. I stayed there for 5 days 4 nights and there was no cleaning service during my stay at all even though I have informed the staff there to clean my room nor have water, toilet paper 🧻, towels provided. I had to bring the towels to the staff in order to get the new ones. It was horrible and the worst stay ever. If you are looking for a place to stay in Koh Lipe there are so many better places. I totally don’t recommend Z-touch lipe island resort at all.

La habitación es económica, grande y limpia, se puede nadar frente al alojamiento, el agua es muy clara, el personal es encantador, cuídense bien, el desayuno es tipo buffet, buen gusto.

Como si te engañaran, el lugar real en el sitio web de Agoda es muy diferente. Falta de área de mantenimiento, árboles marchitos, habitación con vista al jardín, pero mirando hacia afuera para ver la basura El sitio web informa que hay wifi. Hay una piscina, pero en realidad no la tiene. wifi y piscina Tengo que cambiar la habitación 2 veces porque el aire acondicionado está roto, el televisor no puede ver, el calentador de agua está roto. Pero aún así, el gerente y el personal son atendidos y sonrientes.

Falta de área de manutenção, árvores murchas, sala com vista para o jardim, mas olhando para ver o lixo O site informa que existe wi-fi. Há uma piscina, mas na verdade não. wi-fi e piscina Tem que trocar 2 vezes de quarto porque o ar condicionado está quebrado, a TV não consegue enxergar, o aquecedor de água está quebrado. Mas ainda é bom que o gerente e os funcionários sejam atendidos e sorriam.

While staying here make sure to secure your belongings when leaving your room for breakfast, to go to the lobby to use the internet, or to go to the beach. After returning from snorkeling we found there was money missing from our backpack, specifically our US currency. The staff has access to your room and there are many people coming and going walking through the property throughout the day. The staff at the front desk speak very poor English and there's little to no law enforcement presence on the entire island. After staying here we feel violated and considering they insist on helping you with your luggage we feel like we let our guard down with the staff who work here. The rooms don't have internet and the property has beautiful blue waters right out front, an easy deterrent to keep you away from your room and belongings. We let our guard down and didn't lock our bags and because of that we are out $340 dollars.

Rooms are very dirty. There is a smell from previous guest smoke inside. Bathroom door, sink and walls were not cleaned. Hygienic shower is rusty, as well as all faucets. There was a spider web in all corners. Aircon blows directly to the bed. The original idea of independent guest house with a terrace was really good, but it didn't work out as area don't have big trees to give shadow, they cut down all branch trees and put palm trees instead. You can see a huge contrast with neighboring resorts as this one looks like a desert. Management is very poor, wifi is not working in the room. Once I came back to bangkok I had to clean my computer because it was dirty from the room. I had unfortunate to book this room on agoda which never refunds, if I did on Airbnb I could get a full refund as condition of property is unacceptable.

Superb location with fantastic bar and restaurant next door! Overall very good resort with huge ground and big room, service was very good, the manager went out his way to help revive the mobile phone which was wet in the sea. Although it didn’t recover but his effort was much appreciated! Sunset beach is only 10mins walk away behind the resort, Pattaya beach is right in front and there’s a pool right in front of the beach which is empty most of the time. The immigration is only 3 shops away and they have someone to help you with luggage upon arrival just look out for signage Z-Touch, like wise for checking out. Room below can be a little noisy due to noises and heavy walking from guest room up stairs but it didn’t last long. Very good for the price and I would return whenever in Koh Lipe!

Nice chalet units. Clean, AC and fridge work very well! Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good, on Pattaya Beach, minutes walk from Walking Street. Free breakfast is good, if only they had fresh coffee. In my experience, Pattaya Beach is much nicer than Sunrise Beach - sand is fine and more packed making it easier to walk, beach is clean, water is more clear(farther visibility) due to less wind and waves. Pattaya Beach is also much more lively at night.

Great location on Pattaya Beach with Sunrise Beach and Walking Street within short walking distance. Although fully booked we could always find free beach chairs. Sea view room was quite spacious and clean, although bathroom was a bit dodgy. Electrical heater worked surprisingly well for warm shower. The standard cottage was a bit worn out. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! For us, Pattaya Beach seemed to be the best for small kids, since it's quite shallow and with hard sand to drive a stroller around.
