This hotel has bed bugs. The first time
I checked into smelled like rotten eggs sulfur. When we flushed the toilet the stench filled the entire apartment and was u bearable. We were moved to another to another room. The rooms are large they are timeshares. I stayed in a two bedroom and occupied only 1 bedroom till my son came. The bathroom in his bedroom did not flush. I informed maintenance who came to inspect with no mask on and asked he please put on a mask before entering. He appeared offended. He returned about 4 hours later and handed me a plunger at the door. My son had bites on his back and legs and there were blood stains on the sheets. We called maintenance who came with a flash light and honestly confirmed yes there are bed bugs upon discovery of one walking across the mattress. I called the hotel manager who tried to convince me my son was probably playing rolling around in grass. My son is 24 years old. I did not appreciate him blaming us and not even taking any responsibility. I took pictures and asked him to come to the room to inspect what we found. He just talked a lot and claimed he did not know what it was and offered to refund the resort fee. We were moved for the 3rd time to a big 3 bedroom. We looked at the bed in fear of bed bugs and found spiders instead. One of the pools closed because they claim the pool cleaning service used a wire metal brush while cleaning and a piece of metal got stuck In a child’s foot. Every other day my room key did not work and I had to go to the front desk for new keys. One night at 11:30 pm the security guard rang my bell and said “no one supposed to be in this room.”The guard had to be in his late 80’d 90’s he was so old I was puzzled I could not believe this old old man was I charge of hotel safety.. I will never recommend or ever return to this hotel.

O lugar é bom, porém se precisar de alguma coisa após as 19 horas, pode esquecer, tem um telefone de plantão, que ninguém atende. Na recepção, uma das equipes, atende com indiferença, como se estivessem fazendo favor. Fui reclamar que faltou roupa de cama para um dos hóspedes, ela fez como se fosse uma coisa normal, disse que depois levariam até lá.O grill também não estava funcionando, como passava das 19 horas, ficamos sem o churrasco, teve que ser no fogão mesmo. Então por este motivo, tem lugares melhores pelo mesmo valor.

Deixou a desejar, atendimento fraco, após 19 horas, não tem nenhum tipo de atendimento, as piscinas puro cloro, até que as habitações são boas, não oferecem limpeza, somente troca das toalhas de banho, uma vez na semana.

Very relaxing environment quiet not a lot of people, guest services was very helpful they have plenty there to do, they have a pool, jacuzzi,hot tub, and a splash pad. There a full size basketball and tennis court as well as life size chess and checkers. They also have events there for the week like movie night and a cookout for the quest. Condo was clean no bugs the only thing is I wish the gym had two treadmills.

Extraordinario lugar para vacacionar. Villas muy cómodas, amplias y limpias. El personal eficiente y siempre amable. Dos piscinas y un jacuzzi. Hamburguesas y hotdogs gratis todos los miércoles y helados los jueves para los huéspedes. Aunque un poco alejado de lis parques temáticos y malls, la tranquilidad que se optiene no tiene precio.
